NEVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS HORRIBLY RUN LOCATION!!! Your food will always be late on arrival due to staff never getting food out on time, they never have a complete order there is always substitutions, no social distancing, and employees would rather ignore you than help you. I don’t even eat here I am a delivery driver who never has a good experience with this location. I doubt you as a customer will either.
Edit: After further reading reviews from recent months it seems like it’s been a trend to abandon pickup/delivery orders and give people the run-around, so now I feel more inclined to give detail to just how bad it is with absolutely no exaggeration.
The quickest order I’ve ever had at this location was a 15 minute wait. Normally it’s anywhere between 20-30 minutes but the three times I’ve had to pick up this week have been HORRIFIC.
First time this week: Had to repeat order name 4 times, was told every 5 min that order “just needed to be bagged up” but nothing happened (Wait: 35 min)
Second Time this week (the worst): Had been told order was just finished and needed to be bagged up once again. The store had less than half the seats filled but were clearly backed up due to me waiting 35 minutes to be told “we’ve been waiting on a large fry to come out this whole tIme” and then another 25 minute wait on top of that for me to get the order. (Wait: 1 hr)
Third Time this week: Had an order for wild burger, a virtual brand in this location. As soon as I told staff the name they seemed like they didn’t know who I was talking about. After repeating the name I was told that every single item on the order needed substitutions because they didn’t have items in stock, and that those substitutions would take at least 20 minutes. After constantly being told one wait time and ending up waiting 2-5x longer than what I’m told I had enough.
Staff needs to stop saying orders will be out shortly or are “currently being bagged” if its clear items aren’t coming out of the kitchen. Honest answers about how the food is coming along would allow drivers to act accordingly, this needs to change.

I spend about $280 a month here because I order sometimes twice a week and I kid you not, I have only had my order right a handful of times. I used to order from the one off Gilbert and I rarely had issues, I don’t even remember having any there. I moved over here a year ago so this one is right by me and it’s the complete opposite here. The main issue is they always forget the fries, once it was a LARGE which are expensive! I have started to call just let them know and they always sound so nonchalant, not even concerned in the least bit. They offered last time to comp my meal but I denied it because I’m not looking for free food I just want it to be right. The manager sounded high honestly or it probably wasn’t even a manager. The last time I ordered, they gave me boneless when I ordered traditional. Traditional is more expensive number one and two I don’t even like boneless. Then I ordered tonight and what happened?? They forget the fries AGAIN. I have been opening each bag at the location just to make sure it’s right and it never is. So frustrating. It’s one thing to make a mistake occasionally but it makes me wonder…… if I have had this many mistakes happen to me, I can only imagine how many others do. Read moreThis is kind of an odd review. Me and my family came in to have lunch. I had a newborn in a stroller with me so we sat in the back by a wall so we were out of the way. Our server, Paige, came over to take our drink order after about 15 mins. She placed her hand on the table in front of me and hovered over me. I had to lean away from her or we would have been touching. My baby was also next to me on the side she was standing on. This put her in between me and my baby. I did not appreciate this. However, this was not the big issue. I am a very easy person. I can accommodate pretty much anything. The server asked me to move my stroller. Before I could even react and before she even finished asking; She proceeded to PICK UP my stroller with my CHILD still in it. This was absolutely not okay. I don’t care who you are you do not pick up, touch, or move my kid. I requested a new server. As you can probably tell I wasn’t happy. Our new server was Lexi. She was absolutely amazing and needs a raise. She was very kind and very understanding. This is not a review that should look badly on Lexi. However, I would strongly advise that something be done with Paige, as I also witnessed her sitting down at tables to take orders.
