Which Wich — Restaurant in Chandler

DINER BEWARE! Delivered order was wrong - despite our making TWO telephone calls to make sure the order was correct ahead of time. There wasn't ANY MAYO at all on my Ultimate BLT - as well as the bread was very stale (our refrigerator broke down, so we do not have ANY condiments right now). Very few tomato slices and one, very thin piece of provolone cheese. When I called the Chandler location about this - the same young man who made our order hung up on me and then disconnected the franchise telephone so I could not call back. EXTREMELY POOR, ACTUALLY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Since I cannot speak to a senior manager at this location about this I will now leave a 1 star review about this awful experience! I have also contacted corporate in Dallas, TX and asked for their help. By the way - we called GrubHub to let them know how we were treated / sent wrong item - AND THEY GAVE US A REFUND. Lastly - Your defensive and completely dishonest reply to my review SPEAKS VOLUMES - pulling camera footage? My sandwich was a disgrace and WE KNOW what came out of your store. Hopefully, the corporate execs can ALSO REVIEW YOUR SO-CALLED CAMERA FOOTAGE as well as OUR OWN VIDEO AND STILL IMAGES OF...

Nice place. Bright. Cheerful staff and space. Easy for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids to eat together quickly. Truly thoughtful service minded team. The fellow at the register was particularly helpful, and Cheerful.

Solid discount for veterans. Lots of good deli sandwiches to choose from.

For myself, on this occasion I came back for their meatball sub that I'd loved before, but TBH it was not the same... the meatball itself is key to that sandwich. Unfortunately it tasted more of the frozen variety from my grocery. Maybe a necessity with so few meatball sub lovers, but I was hoping for something from scratch or sourced locally that might make it special.

Still a great place, bright space, pleasing & fast service with many deli meat subs to choose from! I think all were oven toasted routinely, but expect nontoasted...

My favorite place since 2016 even if I live 40 miles in the North. Whenever I visit my friends in the Chandler area, I take the sandwich home.

This time it took me over a year to visit and got to know that my favorite Crab 🦀 Sandwich is discontinued. Even if I was sad, I tried their Wednesday deal and it was good. But, I have 2 requests to the management: Please bring back Crab Sandwich (if possible) Open a location in the North or at least somewhere near North Scottsdale (trust me, you will do great)

Lastly, the employees working here were friendly and when I inquired about the sandwich I want, they provided information on what happened.

All in all, the best place to eat sandwich is in Chandler and hoping they will open...
