Banter by Piercing Pagoda — Local services in Chandler

I have been a customer of piercing pagoda for a very long time and always pay my credit card bill at one of the mall kiosks, but today a Sales person stated that I can not pay my Banter credit card bill at the store. She claims it was never an option and that I must call the number on the pamphlet. I told her that I was a regular customer and paid my bill there all the time with the previous manager. I was told in a rude way that the old manager ain't here and that Marvel does not run the downstairs store. I asked the associate her name, and she refused to tell me. I will not return to this location because of the rudeness, I may just stop being a Banter customer. I have to add 1 star because it would not let me leave it...

So thankful we came here. We needed help with my daughter's ear piercings that we got somewhere else, a place that never got back to me when I reached out for help. The back of her lobes were badly irritated from the metal backing. The store manager Marvelle took great care of us and gave us plenty of great advice to take care of the problem.
