Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Chandler

LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS. This place is awful. Waited in the drive thru for almost an hour with only 3 cars in front of me. All cars had small meals coming out the window so I’m not too sure why it took so long. Then I finally get to the window and they asked me if I wanted ice in my small drink which I thought was weird. Well that’s because when I said yes they had to run to the back to get more ice. Took another 5 minutes. Oh the best part to all of this? I try my fries and they are COLD and mostly burnt. After all that waiting they are dead cold so what the heck could they have been doing back there for 45 MINUTES. I try my grilled cheese burger and the amount of cheese on there made it disgusting,soggy, and extremely sloppy. Tacos were waaayyyyyy too soggy and greasy to the point it was soaked through the wrapping and in the bag so I didn’t even try to eat that. Waste of money and extreme waste of time. Never had such an awful experience with a jack in the box as I have had here tonight. Will never come again and will mention to every person I know to never come here as...

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! They don’t follow their posted hours, they will close the drive through and only take Uber eats and Door Dash orders. I went to order some tacos and the employee said “We are not taking any orders for the next 20 mins, only Uber Eats pick ups. When I went to leave, there was a truck in front of me. He was an Uber Eats driver and refused to move when I asked him. I then called the restaurant and asked her to have him pull forward so I could leave. She was very rude and said I would need to wait, then hung up on me. So I went to back out and another Uber eats pick up driver pulled in behind me. I asked her to back out and she also refused, so I was literally TRAPPED in their drive thru for 20 mins and could not leave. This should be illegal or at least they should be required to create another lane so people aren’t trapped for an undetermined amount of time! What a nightmare. We love going to Jack in The box to get their extreme sausage sandwich when we have to go for an appointment or are out running some errands. However it seems like every time we go it just gets more and more and more expensive. This time we went we got an extreme sausage meal and my husband got a cheeseburger meal and one order of egg rolls. This added up to over $30. We decided then and there that we were not going to go here ever again to get takeout. We can go and sit down for a nice dinner and spend $10 Or $15 more at Texas Roadhouse. When did having a breakfast sandwich and a cheeseburger add a takeout joint become so expensive? It's just absolutely ridiculous. Please places should be ashamed of themselves.
