Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Chandler

Jack in the Box is a daily staple in our office. Less than a mile away and plenty of selection for anyone to find something they like. However the convenience of being around the corner can no longer be a factor as every time, everyday we come here we are either missing something from the order or the order was done incorrectly and 99% of the time the incorrect order is tacos or tiny tacos with NO SAUCE!!! Why/How is it so hard to NOT put taco sauce on them? Every single time! Today get back to the office and the tiny tacos are literally floating in taco sauce, so in the garbage they went like usual. I worked as a shift leader for years back in the day, I know it is not that hard to put out a correct order. Today you lost our daily business for good, we will drive the extra mile and a half to the Jack in the Box on Guadalupe that knows how to NOT put taco sauce on a taco that states on receipt, & their order screens ...

Not only did they not get my order correct but I have attempted to contact them consistently for over 30mins and no one has answered the phone, the disrespectful part of this whole thing is I decided to drive back to advise them of this and when I walked in...they are hanging out inside. I pull my phone out and dial the number to the location... It rings...everyone continues on with their day as if the PHONE ISN'T RINGING! I just walked out, I wish I could have gave them half a star. Completely upset! I add a picture of the call log to prove a point when your employees say they never received a call. And to be honest it's not about the burger anymore, it's about my wasted time and money paid for an expensive dollar menu sandwich... All this could have been rectified and saved if they would have answered the phone... Taking this as a sign to...

Hands down the worst Jack in the Box in the valley. Don't bother going there after 8:00 because there's a 75% chance either their computers are down so they're not taking any orders or their credit card machines down and they're only taking cash or they're closed for cleaning or there's always something. I don't know if yours or even aware of what's Happening before last five times I've been there this month after 8:00 p.m. they were not taking orders at all and people were just driving off and the one time they did serve me food they were only taking cash which as a business owner myself would immediately make me suspicious. And then of course the one time they did take my order after I paid cash the order wasn't correct. Needless to say that will be the last time I go to that...
