I discovered this place after seeing a TikTok video about a new egg coffee shop, and as someone who enjoys a good cup of egg coffee, I had to check it out.
Upon arrival, the place was packed—both inside and outside seating were full, which made me assume the coffee must be exceptional. Given that it’s a newly opened spot, I expected some buzz, but I didn’t anticipate the wait times. After standing in line for about 10 minutes, I finally reached the counter, only to be told there was a 30- to 40-minute wait for my order. That was a bit surprising, but I figured they were still working through the opening rush and possibly dealing with staffing challenges. Even the owner was behind the counter, personally making drinks, which showed their dedication.
I decided to wait it out, hoping the coffee would be worth it. Unfortunately, the egg coffee turned out to be just average—nothing particularly special. Perhaps my taste buds have been spoiled by the egg coffee I’ve had in Santa Ana, California, and East Asia, but this one didn’t quite live up to my expectations. It was enjoyable, but not memorable enough to justify the long wait or a special trip.
If you’re curious and don’t mind waiting, it might be worth trying, but for me, it wasn’t quite the standout experience I...

What is rare is that you will ACTUALLY get a good matcha at this price at other places that make matcha lattes.
I’ve tried so many other places that people claim they have the best matcha lattes and I’ve left so disappointed spending $8-10 on flavored milk.
Saigon Coffee and Tea makes the best matcha lattes I’ve had in Arizona because they actually use quality matcha (and enough to where you can taste the matcha). I’ve tried places in Scottsdale, Gilbert, Mesa, Phoenix, Chandler -both local and chains.
I love the blueberry matcha and music they play. Very nice atmosphere to work on your computer or meet friends for a drink. Haven’t had the food, so I can’t speak on that. I will be back to support...

Heck yeah!
Popped in a multitude of times already. On the first visit, we ordered an Egg Saigon ($7.50) and an Ube Coffee ($7.50). Wow. That first sip of egg coffee had my skirt flipping. There's another place in town that makes a mean egg coffee but this one has me putting on bunny ears and grabbing my basket. Hello? Are you the Easter Bunny? Egg foam on point.
My second visit had me ordering the Golden Milk Tea ($8.50). I think this will be my go-to order for this place. It's body and flavor with a little caffeine. Truly a dessert in a cup.
Since then, I've been alternating between the Egg Saigon and the Golden Milk Tea. Great drinks all around. I have yet to try their food options but they look promising. I really...
