I took my daughter to this Starbucks establishment before taking her to school, and she requested a bacon Gouda and a pink drink and then got myself a bacon Gouda and a caramel macchiato. I noticed upon grabbing the sandwiches into the car that they weren’t hot like they normally are upon touch I took a bite anyways cold immediately egg cold bacon cold everything was cold almost like they didn’t even heat it up. My daughters was the same. I let the barista in the window. Know , she was apologetic they took the sandwiches threw them away got on the headset. Told whoever to make the sandwiches again they come back in like two minutes felt like less and they were noticeably warmer to the touch took a bite out of it. It was good, drove off took another bite. The egg was cold again in the middle my daughters was the same again we pay too much money at Starbucks to have heat them up in microwaves and air fryers. That’s what I me and my daughter are having to do at this moment because I don’t feel like going back to the establishment and I know things happen but two times in a row. You would’ve thought that they would’ve took the time to warm it up properly and the caramel macchiato honestly taste more like a cappuccino with no flavor, but I have syrup at home I can fix that I should not have to but to save myself from being and angry rude customer I’m going to do The job that they should’ve done in the first place it’s whatever I just think for the money that we pay at Starbucks it should...
Read moreWe arrived and stood at the register for quite some time before anyone actually acknowledged us. The staff was playing and gossiping about with eachother and we felt completely ignored. Finally a young man said sorry will be with you shorty. Another few more minutes pass by of being ignored and finally as we looked irritated they took our order. We waited for our drinks a 5 to 10 min pass by and my guest noticed a drink that look like mine with a few other drinks they left on the counter. It was mine and my name.was never called they just kept talking and laughing about. Then my guest drink came up and the barista never even looked out or announce the drink or customer name just left it there and kept talking and laughing with the staff.
I was rather irritated when if we didn't keep an eye out for our drinks would have just sat there. I notice they did this to customers before us and one man looked very irritated as well. I asked the staff do we not call names or announce when a drink is ready??? No answers just very confused looks from them. I explained the importance of customer service and how important it is to hold that standard. I always order the same coffee and it’s never consistent, so it doesn’t have that first sip feeling and is not very appealing. I drive 30 minutes to work and would like to enjoy my coffee. My payment has been messed up, they have trouble finding my coffee and tbh not super friendly at the drive thru like most. Not often but I have had my order wrong and I’ve never ever had an order wrong at Starbucks. They've actually tried to correct a purchase and gave my gift card and an additional $5.13 in error so I got a free coffee, but not good for their bottom line. It's just not a great start to your morning when you have to tolerate a snotty girl at the window.
