We ordered 2 orders of boneless wings with fries and fried pickles from this location at the end of July. Once at the location for pickup I had to wait at the front counter for 20 minutes with a line of other customers before an employee came out to help us. They were to busy standing behind the door talking and playing on their phones, you could see them thru the window.
When we finally got our food and got home it was cold, the wings were overcooked and so hard you couldn't eat them. We got maybe 10-15 fries per order and about a dozen pickle slices ( not even a whole pickle) per order @ $8.99 each. Very very disappointed.
We contacted the manager Jeff that night and he promised a full refund that we did not get.
After two weeks and still no refund we called back and talked to a different manager, Shawn. We were told we would get a full refund and our next meal comped because he didn't want to lose us as customers. We had the refund within a few days.
We called today at 2 o'clock but Shawn wasn't working so we talked to the manager Melissa that was on duty. She contacted Shawn and told us they would honor the comped meal arrangement.
We were told to talk to Jeff tonight to place the order to make sure we got it done right. I called and after sitting on the phone for 14 minutes Asia finally answered. I asked to speak to Jeff about a comped meal, a few minutes later she came back and asked to take the order so she could get it started and said that it would be ready in 30 minutes. In all this call took 26 minutes just to get the order placed. Jeff never came to the phone so I assumed because she took the order she had talked to him. By now we were in the parking lot. Ken called fifteen minutes later and the food was ready. If we'd waited another fifteen minutes it probably would've been cold when we got home.
We ate and everything was excellent. We had no complaints until I received a call from Buffalo Wild Wings two hours later to say I hadn't paid for our food. When I reminded Asia the it was supposed to be comped she apologized but hung up before I could give her the compliment on the food.
Ken was upset when he heard that we were pretty much accused of stealing so he called back and asked for Jeff. This time Jeff came to the phone after 20 minutes on hold. Ken asked him what the problem was with that locations competency because of the call I received saying we hadn't paid. Jeff was very rude, said he didn't know of any meals being comped today, Ken told him he'd come back up and pay for it before being accused of stealing and Jeff said that he didn't have to talk to Ken and hung up on him.
Shawn kept his word and had us staying as customers but now because of Jeff for the second time in a month we have decided to never return to this location.
5 stars to your manager Shawn and today's day shift manager Melissa. that we talked to for doing their jobs properly and trying to keep your customers. O stars for Jeff due to his attitude and lack of professionalism.
There is a serious communication issue between the managers, staff and different shifts at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in with my family, including my 1 year old and immediately were told they only had bar tables available (because the 80% of the restaurant was closed.) which was not going to work for us because i have a toddler that needs a high chair. They eventually told us they only had one table available in that area and was going to become available soon. Once we got to the table, we eventually ordered our meal which were 2 smoked brisket burgers. We asked what was in it because we are very specific in what we want in our burgers, and we asked what the bacon aioli was and the waitress said it was a seasoning. we specifically asked if it was some type of sauce and she said no. We waited 40minutes! For our burgers to arrive. By then my kids, especially my toddler were very frustrated. We take a bite n realized it had a white sauce on both burger buns. We told the staff if we could get them redone because we were very specific with the waitress so that we would avoid this situation. They gave us an attitude and eventually agreed. After those first 40minutes we waited we were already starving, of course we ate the little fries we had on our plate and then 20minutes later they came back with our burgers and only the burgers, no fries. (in a To go box of course because everyone was just so irritated we wanted to go home already) when i double checked, i noticed it did not have BBQ sauce so i told them if i could have BBq sauce on the side since it didnāt have any and they said they would have to charge me for that! I said no, because itās supposed to have bbq sauce in the first place. Then they started saying that i wanted them redone because i didnāt want bbq sauce which was totally untrue i specifically told them the sauce i didnāt want was white! So they did not give me any bbq sauce. I told them the least they could do was give me some fresh fries. I came in wanting to enjoy my burger with fries and now i get to go home n eat a burger with no fries all because i ate them all since i was so hungry from waiting so long on a mistake THEY did. After much arguing they eventually gave me some fries. Once i arrived home i notice they had purposely charred all the brisket on my burger and i was not able to enjoy anything! Our dinner was ruined and all at a $44 cost, over an hour of waiting for a table, and a remake of our food, and some rude staff that were constantly rolling their eyes and arguing with me. What a horrible establishment. I cannot believe people can...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had an allergic reaction from my drink being wrong. Yesterday around 12:20 pm I picked up my order the lady with the curly hair who works in the front for takeout tells me that my wifeās drink couldnāt be accommodate like how they said over the phone because they canāt do bar drinks for Togo. My wife called in to have a Sheryl temple drink which is an nonalcoholic drink that she always orders when we go eat there we never have a problem and she takes one to go. I asked the lady again and I explain to her my pregnant wife just wanted one. Her response was I was pregnant I have 4 kids I know how it is. Clearly didnāt solve my solution so I asked how come when we dine in why do they make it for us and let us take it Togo. She responded you can only have the drink if you dine in. I told her ok so if I go dine in and order it then take it Togo I can get it. She said bar drinks canāt be taken for Togo. I asked her how much is it and if thereās an up charge she said bar drinks canāt be taken to go and thereās an up charge. She got a call in the phone and told me to wait. I left telling her Iād just buy it somewhere else I feared I might get treated unfairly or have something put in my drink I get in the car and I swap drinks with my pregnant wife and I allow her to have my rootbeer and I was suppose to have Mountain Dew in the other cup that was suppose to be for my wife. I took a huge sip out of mines parked outside of my house and it was lemonade. I started to feel my throat close up fast my skin was itchy I realized they gave me the wrong drink she clearly states we just put regular Mountain Dew. I rushed inside and took my shot. Few hours I felt normal and didnāt feel like people was believed me if I went back. So Iām planning to call corporate In the morning. My order was very special Iām allergic to honey and lemon. I even call to make sure those things are in my wing flavor. My order was under the name Kristen I kept the receipt history and I asked and employee who works there for the girls name to report. Please donāt eat here I contacted a few new media teams since I work in the film industry to see if I can get a story on this. This was wrong someone could have died and I was...
