Felt like I was at McDonaldâs for a second there. God almighty forgot to sub my fries for macaroni for my little ones kids meal.hadnât even made it to the window when they brought me my order. I politely asked the girl to ring me up a macaroni and was told to pay at the window (because I was paying with the app) not a problem. I get to the window was told it would be a small wait. Making small talk like usual with the people by the window, was then harassed yet again by the shirt Hispanic girl again claiming she had already given me my macaroni. Never have I felt so embarrassed accused of stealing food, $2 macaroni. I had to reassure the girl 3-4 times I hadnât received my order and even offer her to check my bag because it seemed she did not believe me. If it wasnât for my toddler which loves this place I wouldâve asked to get a refund of my entire order. I donât need to be accused multiple times of stealing a $2 macaroni.    Read moreWarm welcome here, this was the first time I tried a chick fila breakfast. Tasty and satisfying. I had orange juice, but next time I think I'll try the lemonade with breakfast... Or maybe coffee.
Returned for lunch months later and dropped the 5 star to a 3 star, based on two main reasons. I get a combo 95% of the time and it's always the same price. I all for it with no bun and lettuce wrapped instead. The person taking my order was training and the trainer took over and world not give me the combo price interest charges me for each item separate.... Almost a$10 combo that way, and when I brought it to his attention he said he would not give me the combo price. đ The second reason is when they brought my sandwich it was in a paper box, and without the side of pickles I ordered, so I asked the server for my pickles and for a plastic container so I could eat the protein style sandwich with my knife and fork.    Read moreWORST LOCATION IN HOUSTON. I agree this USED to be the best location in East Houston, but it has gone downhill the past year. They take your order and rush you through the line, and everyone is trying to merge. No one is directing traffic like before. I ordered 2 10 count chicken minis and 1- 4 count chicken minis, and of course, you would think I didn't have to check my order. I should have because they sure did charge me for what i wanted but they gave me 3- 4 count chicken minis. You would think they can read and count but I guess not. They are so worried about getting you out the door/ line that they are running around like chickens with their heads cut off to give you your drinks. How about you all run like that to make sure everyone has the food they ordered and paid for. Then they want to give you a lame excuse and ask you to come the next day for it. No !
