I have been going here for years as its close by my house however I went there a few weeks ago and that will be the last time I go. This issue is recent as I noticed a change in a lot of staff who were much more mature several months ago to young kids who have no business dealing with customers now. They have kids who don't care and have no respect for customers, who pay their wages, "managing". This is the 3rd time I place my order on the app and the food is not ready within 10 mins of when it says it will be. The worst part is , I arrived 10 mins after the pickup time and they had not even STARTED my order and there was just one person in line ordering and one person making orders. NOT busy! The other staff were playing around laughing and laughed at customers, including myself, who came in for pickup yet their orders weren't even started. It was 4 behind me that encountered the same situation when they came in to pickup and yet we all patiently waited. That didn't matter as the other staff didn't bother to help the line to start the orders that were behind. By the time I got my order, 25 mins past the set pickup time, several walk-ins had already gone through the line and got their orders. So I was better off just walking n and ordering. The online ordering is a joke at this point. Clearly understaffed and incompetent staff who don't understand their bad customer service will cost them business. Worst part is I had already added a tip when I ordered online. Just for some punk kids with an attitude and no respect to laugh in my face. And the customer service thinks giving me a free guac and chips is a "fix". Well my fix is not to go there again. I will drive to the next one, no problem. Update to the last review. I gave this location a second chance. No difference . Horrible, lazy, incompetent staff who cannot complete a single order at the supposed time they r supposed too. Don't show up expecting your order to be ready at the time said. They are typically out and don't have what you ordered. Very sad when you go to other locations that are just fine. Read moreHorrible customer service experience! I spoke with Mare to explain an issue of someone on their behalf not putting salad dressing in the bag as requested during the time the order was made. My son picked up the order and I expected more from the employee that works there to actually complete the order by putting salad dressing in the bag as my son requested to go with the veggie salad. After explaining the issue to Mare, her first response was, “well why didn’t your son check the bag?” I thought I was being pranked for her to be that bold with rudeness from the start. I responded that I expected for the order to be accurate more so than trying to deflect the mistake to my son/customer. I asked to speak to a manager. She responded with the same rude attitude that she was the manager. I also asked what was her solution. She responded that I could come and pick it up. I explained that is not possible because I no longer have a ride to send someone back since my son had to leave for work. I suggested she should take my name to list as a credit for a veggie salad because I have a dry salad without dressing which shouldn’t have happened to begin with. She responded that she wasn’t going to do that because I talked rude to her. At this point, I knew I couldn’t continue with this level of unprofessionalism and manipulation from Mare. Read moreI arrived at the restaurant around 8:20 pm and there was not that many people in line. Place was semi clean. Food was running very low and they were moving extremely slow. They did not greet or say hello. They were cooking more grilled vegetables and some chicken. The problem was I got all the way to the end of the line before they mentioned they were out cheese. They stated there was no one available to shred the cheese. No substitute, no discount, just a simple we don’t have it. It was suggested to the cashier to ask management why there was not enough meal prep for the remainder of the shift? It’s a Saturday night, one out of two of the busiest days on the weekend. Cheese is a main ingredient we enjoy on our burritos. For $28 on food this is unacceptable. Someone she be held accountable. I will not be returning to this location. Out of courtesy to the customer, once it was observed the condiment wasn’t available any longer the customer should have been given that option at the beginning of the line. I asked the cashier how long the cheese had been out and he stated over thirty minutes. I stood in line for 15 minutes so you had prior knowledge beforehand. Where’s the customer service? Poor management and poor customer service training has led the company to a poor review and also a loss of two customers.
