Subway — Restaurant in Channelview

I usually don’t write reviews but this experience I recently had needed to be told. I placed my order online to pick up my order. I approached the door that was locked. No worries about that since it was 1 am. The initial issue I had was no one came to the door for over a minute when I constantly rang the doorbell. When I was finally let in I was greeted by a nice girl who was all smiles. I had questions about the cookies when I glanced over and saw a German cockroach on the glass shield above the produce. I immediately pointed and said, “Is that a roach”? She looked, picked up the roach with her BARE hands, placed it in a napkin, and threw it away. She simply said “Thank you” then “Let me go ahead and make your sandwich really quick”. FIRST OFF, no thank you. AND SECONDLY, you’re clearly used to roaches in this restaurant for you to be so calm about picking one up with your bare hands with no explanation. Bad service by silvia , I always ask her for a water cup and she always says we dont have cups for water then why do they put water in the drink machine? And today I asked her for water cups again and her words " we don't have cups for water" and I asked for the manager she said is Nancy but she was not there , and she changed her attitude inmediatly saying she would bring me the cups for water and she did, but after she was sure of not having them.
