I knew this Dunkin would be hiring based on the large sight in front saying "Now Hiring". So I went in to get a job, I got an application, filled it out, and proceeded to turn it back in, after doing this the employee I turned it into informed me that I would be receiving a call. After waiting a few days for a phone call, which I didn't get, I called Dunkin to set up an interview with them a few days later. I went in for the interview on time and the lady interviewing me asked questions as well as jotted down notes based off my answers. I left my schedule very open to them and gave them hours that would be quite easy to work with. The interview went very well and she wrapped it up saying that she wasn't the one who hired and would give her notes to her supervised telling me of how I would get a phone call. I waited several days and still no call. So I called them, they took my number, which they should already have had from my application, and the employee then told me I would be getting a phone call back from them. I never got a single email or call from them ever. Overall I was displeased and it just shows the lack of organization and order this establishment has and I would not recommend applying...

I started purchasing an extra shot of espresso AND asking for less cream to balance it out and they are back to using too much cream. The other day, I asked for them to put more coffee in my drink because it was too light and it came back watered down with what I assume to be tea because it did not have any coffee flavor despite the color. None of their drinks in the last month have tasted like coffee, just straight cream. I am tired of making simple requests and having them fall short of expectations. When I asked the clerk why I was charged this amount she said that she could only use the coupon for the small coffee I ordered. When I pointed out that the coupon said it was good for any size coffee she was unable to figure out how to refund the difference. We had been sitting at the window for quite a while when the manager, Jeremy, came over and told us not to get upset and how to behave. At that point I said, "Just give me back my money and coupon and take back my coffee." He told me to cool down and that he had other customers to wait on.
