Young kids making sandwiches is unacceptable. This lil curly haired fella was slovenly sloppy and nervous. It felt like he was winging it. When you roll a sub up in the paper you do it tightly. Don't be scared. This way the contents don't fall out of both ends. I paid for those contents. It just gets brushed aside? Train these kids. If this is a family run thing then I apologize. You're stuck with it I guess. Otherwise you must have been in a jam. I'm not trying to be all snobby and ask for a sandwich artist. I realize it's just Subway. But I've been to Subway all over the country and have seen some pretty good jobs done. We're not splitting the Atom here. It's bread and stuff inside. Pretty simple. This is disturbing because this was gonna be my go to Subway now that I'm living here again. Hadn't been here in a few years. It didn't seem like a shaky operation before. They can't wait to get home and play Xbox. Maybe not ready for a job quite yet. You could actually see how nervous and annoyed this kid was when other customers were walking in behind me. It wasn't like it was 5 minutes...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe came in on Friday night around 7:15pm. Purchased 2 large footlong combo meals. The gentleman who made our subs was super nice and loaded them with veggies which was much appreciated. The female employee, (who I believe is the manager), was more concerned about eating her froyo than cashing us out. But whatever, the nice gentleman cashed us out and we proceeded to try to sit in the dining room/lobby to eat. We were told that we couldn't eat in the dining room because the female employee had already "closed it down".
Um, excuse me? It's not even 7:30pm yet and they close at 9pm. It doesn't say anywhere on there hours of operation sign or in the restaurant that they close the lobby earlier than the actual store itself. Sorry that you already swept the floor and wiped the tables off and might have to do it again (she had all the chairs up on the tables when we arrived a little after 7pm - Why?). That's your job! We just spent money and patronized your store and you told us we HAD to take our food to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would not suggest ordering the sub platter from here. They charge $40 for the platter, they essentially have 5 footling subs (actually about 11ā subs after the ends are removed). The subs on my platters were VERY skimpy on meat...like 1/2 the meat a normal sub comes with. When I was there 2 of my 3 platters were being made( because they forgot to make those 2 platters) & the workers were just tossing the cut off ends onto the floor & over their shoulder. They gave me $6 off my $120 order, for my inconvenience...so generous.... These were ordered to feed 15 teenage boys from the high school. Such disappointment how they didnāt make them with the normal amount of meat. I did speak with the owner & let us hope he makes improvements to the way the employees conduct themselves. Be forewarned that they are sometime out of product. I was made aware once I saw the handwritten sign on the door. They could have mentioned that fact when I placed my order...
