This location of McDonald’s has gone downhill from a perspective of a previous employee. I worked here 6 years ago, and enjoyed my time working here, when management was good!
Fast forward to today, and I get parked 3/5 visits on orders as simple as 1 plain McChicken or 2 plain hamburgers. The drive thru is usually greeted by a mono-tone / uninterested voice that doesn’t read back the order, and window employees taking money or handing receipts show lack of enthusiasm. It’s not the fault of the employees by any means, but the crew trainers and managers, which should be setting higher expectations and holding the values of the company!
I sometimes bring my brother in to dine, and it is neat to see that there are kiosks to order, BUT there are also front line staff positions that are present. Front line staff will look at a customer (or myself) standing at the front waiting for either my order to be taken or requesting something, and will ignore me for 5 minutes + (I have timed it). Staff is far from friendly dining in, and you can hear inappropriate conversations between staff about customers or drama. As stated, a previous employee, the bar is set very low today, and there is no customer service skills and order accuracy issues.
I wish I could see more professionalism and customer service experience being taught here. I wonder sometimes if the owners have changed because of the lack of effort put into this store.

Read moreWe've come here for years with our kids. We ordered a bunch of food, including a large fry order. We were shocked when the fries were hard and stale tasting. My 12yo son brought them up to the counter and said, "I'm not trying to be a pain, but these fries are really stale. Could I get some new ones?" The girl at the counter said "sure thing" and told him she'd bring them to the table. About 15 minutes later we still hadn't gotten the fries. My wife went up to ask about them. A gentleman said, "you didn't give the fries back, so you can't get new ones". My wife explained how the lady didn't take them when our son brought them up, so the man said he'd ask the manager. The manager said "No." We're really really disappointed that they not only served us unacceptable food, not only promised new fries, not only made a mistake on their end, but still couldn't give us what's probably 50¢ worth of fries to them. We're really shocked and disappointed. They messed up on every action and still did not give us what we paid for. We'll probably start going to the McDonald's over by Home Depot. Read moreToday I used the mobile app, which I have used plenty of times without issue. I told them my code and was told pull around, this is 8:45 am. I get to the first window and get a notification that I order was picked up and to enjoy my meal. Clearly, still sitting at the first window I did not receive my order, which I brought up to the lady attending that window. Instead of help, I received attitude from not only her but also other workers. They claimed that they never received my order at all. The manager was kind, i showed her the app and my email confirming that I received and paid for it. This is now 8:51 am...i had not received my order and the workers were pretty unprofessional and irritated, I ask you all what would you do if got this meal for your family? Would you want them to make food for you children to eat after becoming annoyed with you? I didn't. I asked for a refund. Which apparently caused a problem for them. So long story short, i left there without food or my refund. Whomever owns this location, i suggest you fire the lady with the dirty nasty red weave and blue Armani sweater (which is a laugh) and the old lady that has about 2 teeth left in her mouth.
