Placed a to-go order a few months ago. Ordered two meals and tres leches dessert. Arrived shortly after designated pickup time. After waiting too long to be greeted (it was not busy at all), I gave them my name and I was told my order would be ready soon. After some time, a different employee came around and determined my order had been sitting by the register the entire time. I asked if the tres leches was in the bag, as I expected it to be stored in the fridge, and had noticed my bag of food had been sitting there quite some time. I was assured it was in the bag. When I arrived home, no dessert in the bag. Double-checked the ticket, I was charged for the dessert. I called them, and the person I spoke to was incredible short, saying they were out, and if I wanted a refund I would need to come back in with my credit card. Asked for a manager, and was again told I had to return to the restaurant for a refund. After some pressuring, I was told my name would be taken down, and the next time I ordered, I could ask for the missing item. Honestly, I did not expect this to ever happen... and sure enough... the next time I ordered I mentioned the owed item, and was immediately and extremely dealt with in a rude fashion, demanding I produce a receipt. Read moreI wish I could leave zero Stars. I don't even know where to begin- we have given this restaurant five different opportunities to earn our business. I have never had such horrible service ever in my life - every single time we have been there. I've been here with my wife just the two of us, I've been here with two of our kids, and we've been here as a family which is my wife and I plus four children- each experience more horrible than the last. We just sat down at this place for over an hour - never even checked on nor did we ever receive our food. We finally left, you know with four kids that gets to be pretty tough. We asked the waiter for refills, didn't happen. We asked several then we could expect our food. look at my reviews on Google not one to complain, this place is the worst establishment I have ever stepped foot in hands down. Horrible service, rude employees, I could go on and on.

They make up their own prices too- I challenge you to actually pay attention to the menu when you order and check your receipt when you get it. It feels like this restaurant is just assuming people won't pay attention since Mexican is notoriously an affordable dining out choice. Also- for a restaurant that offers two sizes of dips like guac and queso- they should be advertising the pricing of each size. I ordered a large cheese dip and a guacamole- I did not say large I only said large cheese dip. I even pointed to the menu when ordering my guac. Sure enough I was bright the "large" and a price was made up for my receipt that wasn't listed on the menu.
