Beech — Restaurant in Charleston

This place is alright. But you CAN NOT order online, which is weird because they have an order online option. Over the past 4 months I have tried ordering online 8 times and never once did it go though. I’ve tried different logins, different cards, nothing works. On the way home from the gym I put an order in and assume I have time. Every time I end up sitting in the parking lot across the street with 30 minutes wasted. I do not understand why they would have an order online options that DOES NOT WORK EVER! I hate this place so much.

I am a competent person who knows how to order online. I don’t understand how this can NEVER work. I’ve gotten in a fight with my wife and she had to call in order. It’s right near my house, it’s healthy, I want it. But they’ve missed on on literally 10 times of me going and ruining my morning in shock that the online ordering DOES NOT WORK!!

Please fix the online ordering. At this point...

A little disappointed today after my visit: I approved just after 8am when the doors were suppose to be open. They didn't open until 8:20am. I was already in my car. But I went back in. Ordered 2 PBAs with extra peanut butter in both. Hardly any. Had to ask for MORE after the addl$2 he charged me the first time. One PBA was frozen. To me this meant it was made the night before. Thus the lack if extra peanut butter (it would have been on top). When asked, he confirmed they were made the night before. Sat outside. Noticed the trash can was overflowing garbage. They must have forgotten to empty it the evening before. Not pleasant.

Two breakfast bowls cost more than $31 w/o tip. I'm willing to pay this. But not for this type of visit.

Been going there for a few years. Perhaps they had an off day??? Or...

It was okay. I’m a superfood bowl lover and was excited to try this place on DI. Wasn’t welcomed upon entering but the man behind us (whom appeared to be a regular) got a super friendly welcome. That was a bad first impression. Employee was typical not-great-customer service you expect these days. Didn’t expect that for a sweet little place on DI though. Ordered a smoothie and bowl. The smoothie was delicious! Very clean and filling and I thought the price was right for the quality of the smoothie. The bowl was far from exceptional. The bowl was halfway filled with açaí and the rest with toppings. Not what I expected. The granola topping was very dry with very little açaí to mix with. Too expensive for the quality of bowl.
