Food was good. A little slow but I think it was our server because we didn't see her much. Overall, we still enjoyed everything and will definitely be back. Edited on 12-14-24 Of course we came back, I've always loved Applebee's but was sad to see the condition of the restaurant. The wait was long because no tables were cleaned and noone was in a hurry for that. It took them most of our dinner to get them cleaned up. But there was multiple tables of employees, sitting/standing, hanging out eating and chatting. When I served I know getting those tables turned is part of making money. Get them clean and sat asap. No hostess to greet numerous guests through our dinner. We were sat at a hightop by the door. The restaurant was dirty looking from the dining room to the restrooms(fix that door). I don't even want to think about what that kitchen looked like 😔 The aesthetics of the restaurant in general has changed so much and not for the better. Those floors, sealed concrete, are atrocious. And the parking at this particular restaurant has always been terrible. Server was friendly & good. The food was way overpriced. We could have went to Texas Roadhouse for better steaks and better cost. And the chips for the spinach dip was grossly oversalted. I think they accidentally poured a whole container on them 🤢Overall, it's sad to see what has happened to this franchise. It used to be so much better. I've always loved Applebee's so I keep going to just be more...
Read moreWhen we first arrived everything was headed in the right direction. Waitress was friendly, and attentive. But her shift was over and so was our good service.. We got a person who either was sniffling every other word, coughing into her hands and had that just plain lazy aura about herself.. Appetizers were ok, had the pretzels4/5... Spinach Dip Pretty blandd this time, and loaded chicken and cheese fries 4/5**... To make a long story short, we were missing things off of our meals. She brought out the macaroni 20 minutes before my meal came and didn't take back to macaroni. So it was cold. The people I was with their burgers. Didn't even have the sauce that was on it. And when she went to go get the sauce, she came back and basically threw it at them. And it was the wrong sauce she gave off. An attitude which affected her overall tip. I heard her say a name underneath her breath when she walked away. And then when she came to bring us our checks, she never asked if we were separate or together. She just put everybody together and then she got mad when we. We were all separate, but it had she done it right in the first place. There's bed been no attitude so overall. I would say a 3 must. My meal was pretty good, but if people that were with me their meal was not right. When I recommend this place on a normal night. Yes, if she's there, wait for seeing no. Other than that continue to eat food stay...
Read moreIt was my bday yesterday, so my family & I chose Applebee's for dinner.. primarily because their Mac&Cheese w/ Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders had always been one of my favorite meals. So good, even my husband ordered the same. I asked the server who took my order over the phone if we could add extra honey pepper chicken tenders on both orders, he said yes but that there would be a surcharge. I proceeded to tell him my daughter's order, which was the Riblet plate with loaded mashed potatoes. He said it would cost extra for the loaded. I said okay. When my daughter returned home with our food she was given plain French fries rather than loaded mashed potatoes, and rather than extra honey pepper chicken tenders, we were given plain original chicken tenders in a to-go container. Both pasta meals were incredibly dry, lackluster all the way around. It's basically 15 bucks for a giant bowl of noodles with no sauce or flavor. There's usually tons of leftover pasta, which was why i ordered extra honey pepper chicken. It was always my favorite meal, and on my bday at that.. yes I was a little disappointed. Especially when the worker repeated my order back to confirm everything was...
