The hotel we were staying at in Charleston recommended this place. They need to stop. I placed an order at 1:24am and was told that the wait time would be 45min-1hr. The medium pizza and 10 wings we ordered hadn't arrived by 2:30, so I called them. They informed me that the driver should be "pulling up". 10 minutes later, my order still hadn't arrived, so I called again (they close at 3am). I got put on hold about 15 minutes. Now it's 2:55 in morning. I get someone on the phone finally and ask about where our order is and explain what we were told 25 minutes ago and they told us that it would actually be another 10-15minutes. I brought up the concern that they were closing in 5 minutes and they reassured me that it would get to us since the order had already been placed. I thank them and hang up. 20 minutes go by.... I call back not really expecting them to pick up since it was technically past closing time. This was the one stroke of luck we had at this place because someone actually picked up the phone. This is when I learned that the other time estimates had meant absolutely nothing because no one had called our driver previously to check on his location. I get put on hold for another 5 minutes as the lady checks with the only person who actually knows when our order will arrive: the driver. When she gets back on the phone she says that he is pulling up right now which, thank goodness, was FINALLY an accurate statement. My order had made it to me 2 hours after I ordered it. Low and behold, the original amount they had told me was incorrect. On the original phone call they said the total for 1 medium pizza and wings would be 31.74. Delivery guy says it's 34.38 and gives me the receipt which confirms that. I was paying in cash yall and had only had $33 in my wallet anyway so this mishap on the first person I talked to cost the poor driver his tip because I had to dig around for coins just to match the base price of the order. Oh and we asked for blue cheese and ranch for the wings and got ranch and honey mustard instead. All and all guys if you're ordering from here...expect to be disappointed in otherwise decent food because of how long it took for it...

We were wanting to try out something new and didnāt want the same Dominoās or Pizza Hut that we normally get so we decided to try Buckās pizza. I called to place an order for delivery the young man who I spoke to was very confused when I was telling him my order. I got two fettuccine Alfredos then wanted two orders of hot wing and a two liter of coke. When I was giving him my credit card info I had to repeat back to him a couple of times because he was putting in the expiration date incorrect. I told him November 2023 and then he finally asked me what the numbers were and I was confused on what he meant and he asked me if the cards expiration was 09/23 and I told him no, November of 2023. He stopped talking for a moment...please learn the months and what order the come in...thereās only 12 of them. I was told my order would take 45-60 minutes but it actually came with 20-25. The delivery guy did not say one word to me the entire time. As for the food...the pasta was fresh. It had absolutely no flavor whatsoever and I didnāt see the point of putting the garlic bread in a styrofoam container by itself when itās already wrapped in foil, seems like a waste of non recyclable material. The chicken wings werenāt the worst thing in the world but were really small and not worth the price. I tipped $5 to a delivery that couldnāt even say hello and I paid $44.89 for two orders of flavorless pasta and two order of tiny chicken wings and a liter of coke...honestly couldāve gotten better at Dominoās, PH or even Marcoās pizza is better...

We had a girls weekend in Charleston and really wanted to stay in and have pizza on Friday night. We ordered ahead online so that our food would arrive once we were all there. In all of my experience, whenever I've scheduled a delivery, it has arrived within 20 minutes of the scheduled time, but this was not the case for this order.
At about 15 minutes past the scheduled time, we called to confirm that our order was on the way and the gentlemen said that it was in fact out for delivery and should be to us within 15 more minutes. 25 minutes later, we called again and a woman told us that no, our order had not left the shop yet and that it was just coming out of the oven and the delivery driver was standing in the back of the shop waiting for the order to be ready.
While we were on the phone, we asked if there was any sort of discount considering we were now looking at our order arriving an hour after the scheduled time. She put us on hold and never came back. While we were on hold, our driver pulled up. The driver was pleasant, but arrived with cold pizza. Not only was the pizza cold, but it was missing the pepperoni topping that we ordered.
For additional reference, every single one of us has worked in the food industry in one capacity or another and many of us have worked in several pizza shops. I only include this fact because my main issue is that we were lied to on the status of our order and dismissed. I would be much more understanding of any lack of staff or if the business was busy if I was treated with honesty. Especially after spending over $100...
