Had I wanted a cake with printed design on fondant, I would have went to Walmart or Publics. The cake wasn't that great and was absolutely over priced. I've spent $100 less on a cake that tasted better, was bigger, and it was designed and constructed to perfection. That being said, because you have that Charleston price tag, it needs to be met with a premium design and taste that matches. This cake just didn't make the mark. Quite frankly it was lazy design, overuse of thick fondant, and the packaging needs to be better than putting it in a cut up card board box. Literally, the worst $205 I've ever spent. The fondant was so thick and the printing was so thick that the birthday kid peeled the image from the fondant, ate it and openly said it didn't taste good. All the kids who ate it said it was too sweet, which again just isn't what you want as a parent trying to get a really cool cake for a really cool kid. We ordered a birthday cake from them, agreed on all the details in advance. I paid for the cake in full. On the specified day and time, we arrive to pick up our cake, but we are told "sorry, but it is not there, we forgot about it." My reaction was extremely terrible, there was 1 hour left before the celebration, and they just say "sorry". How so, I cannot find the words of my indignation. The manager is not a pleasant person at all. I do not recommend this institution to anyone. It's a pity that you can't give 0.

First time trying the cupcakes from this establishment and I'd say it could've been better. More than likely, I ordered on a bad day plus having them delivered via door dash doesn't help the cause. Foods typically tend to be fresh when you order and eat directly at the store. But in this case since it was a delivery, it could've been packaged better to prevent the cakes from drying out. Very dry and inedible and the frosting was more of a "crumbly" texture meaning these were probably sitting out in the open at the store for far too long. Frosting should not crumble but be more smooth and creamy in texture. Plus considering the distance from the store to my location is a factor as well. More careful attention should be noted for customers who are further away and desire to have goods from this store delivered. Overall, would I give this place...
