My complaint is not with this particular store or with the people over the phone from customer service. Its with the corporate end of it who makes decisions. Just didn't see where I can leave a review for the corporate end of it. an email was sent to me Telling me I left something in my shopping cart It was Remington 380 ammunition case of 250 rounds. It told me that I could proceed to check out I would have free shipping. There was no code needed. I attempted to purchase it and it didn't work. I found was able to talk to someone on the phone and they told me to screenshot the email and send it to him so I did they told me if I purchase it they would see it on their end the screenshot telling me I can get free shipping they would refund it to me. I attempted to again purchase the 380 Remington ammo and now their software system will not accept my address. It would state they cannot verify my shipping address and in the center of this pop up it would state if the shipping address is correct there's nothing else I need to do and I'll hit save and continue. I continued on trying to and I tried to submit my order it would pop up saying please verify my billing address. My billing address is always the same as my home address. So I did that but my address won't work I talked to multiple people on the phone and no one seems to be able to help me after multiple attempts to talk to customer service representatives. After a week of this going on I decided to try a P.O box for the billing address. When I go to my account there is separate billing and shipping address. But when you edit one they both get changed. I left the p.o box address in anyway. As you proceed with the check out a drop down menu appears with my street address. I clicked it and it worked. I'm sure I cannot be the only one having these issues with their website. The software system is terrible and customer service departments hands are tied from doing anything. The company needs to come up with better system They can't take orders, correct you address. Who knows what else they can't do. Not sure if I'll be dealing with them again. I ordered an upper with a Cold hammer forged FN barrel(3rd one since 2016). I unboxed it, pulled the hand guards off, took 10 minutes to look over it, put it back in the box, and sent it back for a full refund. The FN barrel was fine, but the upper receiver was blemished. Looked like a finishing issue, like if you hold spray paint in one place for too long and it drips. Also, on closer inspection, it looked like there was a possible crack underneath the finish near the base where the upper meets the lower, along the left side, but hard to tell since it was finished over. The upper had none of the 3 different manufacturing marks, just a ":D" mark on the bottom of the rear take down pin lug. The barrel nut and front sight post were Nitride while the rest of the parts were Phosphate and for some reason, the gas tube was Phosphated as well. Just really poor and cheap parts, manufacturering, and quality control(except for the FN barrel). The first 2 uppers I purchased were the same price as this one, all Phosphate, milspec everything. ā” marked, "M4" marked, Just beautiful work and craftsmanship. This 3rd one?...man PSA is really going down hill. Then, of course, they make you pay for the return shipping, fill out paperwork for returns and make you feel like you should have just kept it because 'we are palmetto state armory and we are perfect, and its your fault if you don't like the way we manufacturer our uppers'. He was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME and full of knowledge on 95% of the things we asked. Even gave some of his personal recommendations for things we were interested in. For that reason we returned the following week with the hopeful intentions of possibly speaking with him and making several purchases. Unfortunately we were met with Mr.Steve. Although he was quick in acknowledging our presence we can tell he really didnāt want to continue servicing us. Anytime we asked a question his answers were almost as if he was shrugging us off to make our interaction as short as possible. Something we asked about multiples times that he swore they didnāt carry. We FOUND in a matter of minutes not even that no thanks to him. He put no effort whatsoever in providing quality customer service. He completely abandoned us at the online forms station and never was to return. I even went to the lengths of asking around for him.
