Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Charleston

The first thing when I walked up, the lady asked me what I wanted. Ask me if I wanted mushrooms on my order which mushrooms did not even come with my order I said excuse me can you pay attention to me? You were taking my order I want my order to be correct of course it was not, I asked for extra mayo did not get it extra extra tomatoes did not get it as you can see in the picture below the counters for you to sit your drinks on nasty and dirty. The young lady cooking my food wiped her hands with gloves on on her apron , when I asked her to change her gloves, the other young lady said it’s just an apron ma’am. I told her I did not care to please change her gloves. They proceeded to catch an attitude as they change gloves and proceeded to speak to each other in Spanish, as if I didn’t understand And when I told them what they were saying in Spanish, then they became quiet. Worst experience ever I will never come here again and don’t recommend anyone else to do so never had this...

So I love eating here. I eat here at least 2 times a month and never had a bad experience. Today I saw the woman take out fries from my box and throw them back in the fryer. I didn't think anything of it. She handed me my box so I could put seasoning salt on them and I asked for a few more fries as these boxes come pretty stacked when you get a regular meal. They said they couldn't because that's the right amount. The man held up a small cup and laughed when I said I normaly get more in my box. I spent 35 dollars on 2 regular meals and one drink. I asked nicley but to be disrespect and laughed out when I only asked for a few more fries is sad. A small is not a regular size at all. I won't be coming back and I've never had a problem before...

(6/12/16 - 1755) I'm not the biggest fan of Philly Cheese Steaks, but having had their Triple Cheddar Bacon meal, I can say I really enjoyed it!

I had not chosen Charley's as my first pick. I had attempted to go to the SUBWAY in the same food court, but was turned away because it was ten minutes to closing time (absolute horrible customer service).

I just wanted to thank the guys at Charley's for sticking around until closing time and making my meal. It was delicious, and I really appreciate the superior customer service. As I ordered my meal almost at closing time, they even continued to take orders of people in line behind...
