I had the pleasure of working with Alli, and I can't recommend him enough. He truly exceeded my expectations in every way.
I stopped by with an issue on my phone, worried it might be something expensive or complicated to fix. Alli took the time to carefully inspect it, and to my surprise, he was able to resolve the issue quicklyâand at no charge! His honesty and integrity were refreshing, especially in an industry where some places might upsell or charge for unnecessary repairs.
What stood out even more was Alli's professionalism and friendly demeanor. He was a pleasure to talk to, taking the time to explain what was wrong and how he fixed it.    Read moreDo not take your phone to this place ! Arriving in Charleston early, my husband & I had time to kill on a rainy day, before we could checkin to our hotel. We decided to find a mall & browse. While eating lunch, I noticed a sign for Master Fix cell phone store. I hadnât been able to hear out of my ear speaker in awhile. So I decided to take it in there to see if he could repair it. The gentleman said he could for $40 & to give him about 15-20 minutes. After 30 minutes I returned. He gave me the phone ư& I had him call me. I could hear but vaguely. He told me he needed to clean the speaker more. This time I observed. He applied oil & used a pinpointed syphon bulb & cloth to remove some debris. My speaker was working fine. After leaving the mall, I question if my earpiece was ever really replaced. To top it all off, my Face ID & passwords are no longer visible either. My phone keeps telling me that Face ID is not available & try later. I assumed it was because I was on a nonsecure network at the hotel. Now Iâm home in Michigan 3 days later & still not able to work. I called the store, their response is I need to bring the phone into the store. I let them know I was traveling while I was there. Now I realizeâŠ. If you are not with your phone & they were able to access it.., They had to disable something within my phone đĄ But will not tell you what they did to resolve over the phone. NOT A GOOD...
   Read moreMy iPhone 13 needs a new MagSafe. We called the store yesterday and they told us to bring it in and they would fix it for $75. Drive all the way from North Charleston and the guy behind the desk acted like I was interrupting whatever he was watching on his phone and then tells me he doesnât have the part and canât get it. Think he was just too lazy to do his job.
In response to the lies that were just posted by the owner in response to my review:
You did not state in the phone conversation that you did not have the part and had to order it (lie #1)
If you checked the cameras (lie #2 since you werenât even there to do so), you would have seen your man never even touched my phone. So how did he evaluate as stated (lie #3)
When your lazy employee told me he didnât have the part. I asked him how long it would take him to get it in. He told me it was out of stock and couldnât get it (lie #4 and #5). This is two lies as to your statement that you claimed yesterday that you would order the part (which was not stated see lie #1) but is also another lie in that your man stated it couldnât be obtained because it was out of stock. Well CPR Repair which is where I went after leaving your disappointment of a store, had no problem ordering the part.
