Chick-fil-A is always a great addition to everyone's day. From the service to the food, you can't go wrong here. There are many menu items to choose from and just as many sauces to pair with them. Chick-fil-A sauce is worth it every time!
The lemonade is made on-site, which makes it one of the best lemonades you will have; especially in the West Virginia summer! If you want something with less sugar, the diet lemonade option is a great one. All of the taste with less sugar. I have never had a bad experience here.
Then there is breakfast, which is better than any other fast food experience. The chicken minis alone are worth the trip. If you have not had these, stop reading and try them now! The drive thru is handled very well. When busy, the staff takes your order on mobile, so you will not have to wait very long until your order is ready.
The restaurant is easy to enter and exit in the plaza, which is a plus!

Read moreI Love that real Tudors stores use real plates and utensils, this one does not. Not sure if maybe it's a franchise? Doesnhave the same vibe as the other Tudors' I visit on a regular basis. The employee were lond and friendly, corrected a mistake on my oder very cheerfully. But this particular location apparently doesn't want to do the dishes, they served everything on Styrofoam. I personally feel like that placing warm/hot food on Styrofoam releases chemicals and probably toxins into the food. I'd much prefer not to eat those. Plus is messy to cut eggs and potatoes up on Styrofoam. There seemed to be more than enough employees standing around to do some dishes. I didn't see anyone really hustling, no one on the ball although they did eventually get everything right. I do appreciate them. Thank you for an EXCELLENT biscuit. BTW, I ordered over medium, this is what arrived. Again they cheerfully...
Read moreFood is always great. Customer service is always top notch...except this one girl working this location. She snapped my head off because my daughter and I spoke at the same time and it confused her, understandably. But she could have politely asked me to clarify. Her reaction shocked me so bad I looked up and just stared at her. I have never had a Chick fil-A employee act even slightly irritated, so this was not their standard. Maybe I should have said something to the manager but I honestly kept replaying the incident over in my head because I couldn't believe she actually acted so rude. She was wearing a black jacket and is a petite, pretty African American. Very disappointed in the way she represented...
