Greetings, Review Reader, I hope that by reading this review, you, the Review Reader, can avoid the same mistake and accompanying frustration that I experienced by attempting to place an order at this pizza establishment. For I must warn you that the Domino’s franchise (LLC), at his location on Folly Road on James Island outside Charleston, SC, is not bound to the laws of time and space to which you and I are accustomed. No. In fact, they exist outside of the interplanetary dimensions of time and space which dictate that when “A” occurs, “B” occurs afterwards. In the case of pizza delivery, when “pizza order 15 minutes before closing time on a Thursday” occurs, “delivery of pizza” does NOT subsequently occur. It is undoubtedly a modern marvel of disappointment and incompetence. How do I know that this black hole of an establishment exists outside the normal parameters of space-time? Friends, let me tell you! I know this as fact because it happened to me. Plainly put, a pizza was ordered, and a pizza was never delivered. The unfortunate experience I suffered even came with a nice credit card charge for this ghastly pie (for which neither phone call nor text indicating a cancelled order) ever appeared. I look forward to calling this establishment bright and early tomorrow to ask why “Samantha” started cooking my order but never finished the job. The Pizza Tracker… a sorry excuse for a truth table of a shady business…. just went dead. If I waited for this pizza any longer, I probably would be as well. Dead, that is. Thank you Domino’s for killing my appetite and...
Read moreOrdered food at 5:45PM yesterday. Said 45-55 min delivery. It was delivered just shy of 9 PM. Over 3 hours. For a sandwich, stuffed cheesy bread and some chicken bites. It had sat for over an hour and a half before going into the oven. They called me when it came out of oven(7:30ish) to ask if I still wanted it. I have already waited this long and figured it would be here shortly, so I said yeah. It then sat again for an hour+ after it came out of the oven before it went out for delivery Was dry, burnt and pretty much unedible(except for cheesy bread). Delivery woman was very apologetic and gave me a 2-litre of sprite as compensation for the lengthy wait. Nice folks that work here, but they really should have let me know from the get go that they were running incredibly behind and that my order would take hours to get to me. I would have cancelled my order immediately, which in turn would make it easier for them to catch up, and allow me to get fresh, hot food in a timely manner from somewhere else. Instead, thats pretty much $30 bucks down the drain, for barely edible food. I would not write this review if this was the first time it has happened, as in F&B, things can get unpredictable and chaotic. However, it has been 6+months since I ordered from them last because of a similar situation, and apparently it still hasn't rectified itself. I shall try them again in some months time, and see if they have improved. If so, I shall change this review, but if not, they will be...
