Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible Customer Service! They will steal from you!!!!!!!!!! I wish that I could give negative stars because that would be more fitting for the service that my family and I received tonight. We placed an online order for 3 sandwiches, only received two. When we called to bring it to their attention the delivery person gave us a call back to say that there were three sandwiches! I assure you that there were not three sandwiches!!! So when we called back the manager for a third time he told us we would have to call the higher ups in the morning. Excuse me you charged my card for something that we did not receive!!! Not only that but we order no tomatoes add avocado on my daughter's sub for an extra charge...guess what it came with tomatoes and no avocado spread. I seriously can not believe the level of disrespect that we received from this store!! Please do not let them steal your money as well . Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible...

This is the third time I’ve gone through jimmy johns drive through to be shown they don’t want to work. They never have a line but take 10 minutes to take an order, I’m assuming so they do this ploy to deter orders. Once I arrived in the middle of the day and they told me they were out of bread.. the time before that, the lady who took my order had such an attitude, I left. Then today, I tried to make an order that was supposedly being listened to, then as I proceeded to order she stopped me to make me repeat 3 toppings… 3.. then when I tried to ask about the next order, she just said “I got it, pull up” so I left. Either Ill only get jimmy johns when I’m near it somewhere else or not again. I’m sure to the workers this won’t matter because it means less work but I used to genuinely enjoy and advocate for jimmy...

I ordered for catering paid $86 for 24 sandwiches, I received six veggies six Italian 1 BLT four roast beefs and six ham and cheese I ordered 24 hours in advance my order was not ready when I got there I had paid with my credit card they did not double charged me but I had to pay when I got there. If you order you have to be very specific about what you want that's what I was told by the manager it was very nice but I wouldn't spend $90 again for the kind of sandwiches that I got the post that I got from the manager Chelsea I responded to her towards the date I ordered when I ordered what I ordered what I paid for it it's been 5 days and no one has bothered to contact me back my opinion she posted and said how can I help you but...
