The food was awesomeness. The customer service was not poor but fair, for younger generation. The amount of time to prepare the order was a little on the longish side, considering the only person in the drive thru, and watching them make the order. They Paused a couple times and spent 30 seconds to a minute to do whatever on their phone not once but twice. That. For myself, some may think it's o.k. ,but I considered it to be rude and wasn't appreciated, I mean, whatever happened to customers come first. That could had been a minute or two of the 15 minutes of me waiting, that I wouldn't had to have waited. 10-12 minutes instead of 15 is always better. Only reason I am rating this 3 stars. The employees should not even be allowed on their personal phones during work...

Love, love, love Jimmy John's! We were thrilled that there is a new location that had easier parking vs downtown. Great service with a smile and the sandwiches are always top notch!

UPDATE - since starting keto this is one of my new favorite places to eat. I absolutely love their unwiches. This is their low-carb option with no bread and it's basically a lettuce wrap. One of the things I love about it is even though it has a lettuce wrap if it still has lettuce on the sandwich they add the shredded lettuce on the inside which adds great texture. This place is worthless anymore. Second time I’ve ordered for lunch and did not get my order. Their excuse was that they just have too many orders and not enough time to make them all. Don’t take orders you cannot fulfill. Working a 12 today and spent my entire lunch hour waiting for my order. I called twice and they reassured me it would be there soon. It showed up an hour and a half later. So it will be on my porch for the birds & animals to have a good lunch. && I’ll add I was not offered a refund for either time and I asked.
