To preface this review, none of what happened was the servers fault, she showed me the ticket when she took our order, I confirmed it was correct as it was fairly loud and we had masks on.
However whoever made the order in the kitchen got absolutely everything wrong.
Our "appetizer" didn't come out til we were leaving and ready for the check, as in after we had ate our (messed up and wrong) orders.
We ordered 2 of the meatloaf dinners (and the appetizer mentioned earlier, potato skins, the food was taking awhile so we thought it was a good idea, but as mentioned, we didn't get them til we were leaving) which is supposed to come with with mashed potatoes, gravy, and onions plus your sides.
We didn't get the potatoes, or onions, and one with gravy on the side. Cold gravy. One order had the wrong sides. The Mac and cheese was lukewarm at best. Our order was wrong, half cooked, and in general, bad.
We told the server it was wrong, no we didn't have time to wait, we would make the best of it, eat and go on our way.
Some advice here to Logans. If you advertise something as being served with mashed potatoes PLUS YOUR CHOICE OF 2 MORE SIDES make sure it comes with the order, and to not try and have another server come and try and convince us we ordered it without it. Because we didn't. Also if you're gonna charge 3 dollars for coffee, at least make the coffee fresh, I could have went across the road to Starbucks and at least got drinkable coffee for that price.
I'm not a difficult person to serve, I just want what I ordered and for it to be hot. We didn't even get hot food here, much less what we actually ordered. And it was completely the kitchens fault, I saw the ticket when she took our order, it was right. And the appetizers coming out as we were leaving also seems like a kitchen issue.
Won't ever go back. Not worth the 30 minute wait on a Sunday for it. Burger King across from them would have been 100 times...
Read moreSAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY TO A RESTAURANT THAT DOESN'T DISCRIMINATE AGAINST THE DISABLED. Today was my first time visiting any Logan's Roadhouse and will definitely be my last. My girlfriend has a service animal. When we arrived at the restaurant, the hostess couldn't seem to find a table for us at first, which was odd because there were plenty of empty tables and boothes all over the restaurant. The hostess decided to lead us on a long walk to a table at the back of the restaurant. The section we were seated in was empty, which very quickly began to make us feel excluded. As we were waiting for our food, my girlfriend and I overheard some of the waitresses laughing about a customer's appearance. They didn't seem to care that we could hear what they were saying, because we were seated 8 feet away their conversation. As we continued to wait on our food, I noticed a lot of torn up napkins on the floor near our table. One of the waiters was sweeping up the mess, and explained that a "special needs child had torn up the napkins", which was a completely inconsiderate and unnecessary explanation of the mess he was cleaning. After the waiter made that statement, my girlfriend couldn't help but feel like we were purposely placed in the "special" section of the restaurant. As we were leaving, we noticed that many of the tables and boothes that were empty when we first walked in were suddenly being occupied. Apparently Logan's roadhouse likes to hide the less desirable customers out of sight of the normal customers. My girlfriend has a hard enough time on a regular basis. It would have been nice to have felt like my girlfriend was being treated like an equal, but apparently that is something that is too complicated for Logan's...
Read morePlaced online to-go order at 8:24 pm with a pickup time of 8:55 pm. Arrived at 8:55 at the desk to pickup order, approached the desk ask for my order to be told, "take a seat others are waiting for there orders as well". Mind you there were 5 people waiting for a to-go orders. 10 minutes later was finally asked "what is the name on the order?" all the while the front desk person was running around needlessly from one area to another. Servers were being double seated, and more people for to-go orders were coming in for pickup. 9:10 was told my order was being boxed up. 9:20, was asked again for the name on the order. 9:30 Stopped a man walking through from the dinning room to the bar area, and asked if he was the manager. He replied "one of them", gave him a run down of the event's surrounding my order. All the while people were being seated by servers (not sure what happened to the first person I me). The manager said he would look into my order status. 9:40 finally received my order with no utensils and wrong salad dressing. 9:50 got back to my car to return to our hotel room. My Order was 1 Anything/everything salad and 3 burger sliders. 1 1/2 hours from time I placed my ordered to receiving it correctly. If I hadn't paid for it online, I would have just left. We frequently visit the Logans Roadhouse in Lynchburg, Va.and love everything about that particular store. Maybe the manager there can come to this store and get things in order. This came at the end of a long day, where we buryed my older sister who passed away a few days before. If you want timely, accurate service don't visit this location. BTW, people don't want to hear apologies, they want someone to take responsibility and do their...
