Marble Slab Creamery — Restaurant in Charleston

I love getting ice cream from the marble slab. It's my favorite place to get ice cream from. Yesterday however wasn't good at all. I went in and ordered the quart. I always get the cheesecake and ameretto mix and I add mix ins. Well everything went fine until i approached the register to pay. The last time i ordered a pint and she charged me 12 dollars. I wondered why i was being charged so much and i didn't ask for extra. Well I mentioned that i had a coupon for 5 dollars off. She didn't seem to happy when i said that. I gave her my telephone number and she said i don't see a coupon on here. I said that's odd because i have the app on my phone and it shows my coupon. I shown it to her and she asked me to exit out of it. I asked her why would i do that when it clearly says enter phone number to redeem or use a scanner and scan the box on the screen. She then looked at her screen and said oh i lost your transaction. Then she says are you gonna pay and I said I wouldn't come in here amd order ice cream if I wasn't. Then she said what you gonna pay with and I told her cash. She somehow found my transaction and tells me 12 dollars. I said no ma'am add my coupon. Then she goes I've never seen you here before and I said yes ma'am you have. I came here once before at night. Then she says why did you come to this store can't you find another marble slab to go to. Me and the lady in there looked at her like she lost her damn mind. I responded ma'am this is the closest one to me. Yes i am a black woman and yes I was being discriminated against. She then goes well i think that you need to find another one to go to. I was devastated because in all of the times that I've gone to a marble slab I've never been treated the way that I was treated on yesterday. I paid for my ice cream when i should've just walked out and went to another one. I will not be going back to that one again. I will drive 30 minutes to another instead of 12 minutes to get...

On the Fourth of July took my granddaughter there because she wanted ice cream so she got vanilla with sprinkles and I got the strawberry cheesecake caramel ice cream and the cups so came time to pay and I had a $50 bill so she proceeds to run it through a machine that states that my money was fake, she ran it through it like three times and I explained to her that this money came directly from the bank and she says well I don’t know we use this because we’ve had situations with fraud so there were other people waiting in line So I just proceeded to pay for my granddaughters ice cream and I left mine I was so infuriated so I just proceeded to pay for my granddaughters ice cream and I left my was so infuriated and humiliated so we left so I went across the street to churches because my granddaughter wanted macaroni so I paid with the change for that but I asked the young lady about the procedure they do if somebody gives big bills and I explained to her what happened to me at marble slap, so she went and got a pen and marked the $50 bill and it was not fake. She showed me the box that she opened with a brand new pen so if the money is fake, the X would be black, but it was yellow. honestly I'm sad to be leaving a sad review because the ice cream was delicious but the customer service was horrible. my husband ordered a brownie sundae and wanted a certain ice cream on it, and they said just plain ice cream can go on the sundae...I ordered a small vanilla ice cream, and the women working took it, put it on the slab and mixed in Oreos...I then had to tell her no just plain vanilla, and she looked at me and said "so you don't want this"...she redid it but did it in a regular instead of a small and charged me for the regular even though I asked for a small. I also ordered the cotton candy dream, and she scooped the cotton candy out, put it on a slab, and looked at me...I had to read off the menu of everything that is suppose to go in it? the customer service is why I won't...
