Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Charleston

I wish this would let me choose 0 stars because this is exactly what this location deserves. I placed an order online and was directed to door dash to track my order the door dasher texted me and told me that when she arrived my order had already been picked up I contacted the store to see what had happened to the order. The woman that I spoke with was very rude and claimed to be the manager and refused to disclose her name. She then told me that she cancelled out my order because she does not want to argue with me and hung up the phone. I called back because it could have just been an honest mistake that she made sending out the wrong order I simply just wanted her to remake my order and I would have picked it up I didn’t even care about the expenses at this point. I called back for the 3rd time and was disrespected and called out of my name so I told her that I’m just going to report you to corporate she yelled in the phone DO IT! DO IT! and hung up for the third time. I then arrived to the store after being hung up on 3 times in a row I walked in and spoke with the woman and told her that she hung up on me and she said I’ve cancelled your order so you can get the ** out of my store. The situation continued to escalate. This store is unprofessional and whoever the woman is needs to go to a class and study what it means to be a manager (if she is one) and also learn about GOOD customer service because she obviously lacks that. This location will never get services from me either my family ever again. Do not order...

I came in today to order a pizza and was treated rudely by the manager from the moment I got in. (Or at least she said she was the manager) —- It is the worst experience I have ever had ordering Pizza. I got a text saying my pizza was ready and when I asked her she barked at me and said the text was wrong and that my pizza would be taking longer. I said no problem and came back later. I had wanted a pizza with cheese and pepperoni but she made a mistake on my pizza and I simply asked her for some pepperoni added to it. She said no, so I said I’ll return the pizza. She was nasty over the whole process and told me to leave her store and that she would call the cops. I also accused me of being upset that the wings were not all flats when I honestly didn’t even mind the regular selection of wings. She should not be working in any forward customer facing position. I've been ordering from your company for years and recently when I order through the website, this local store will not deliver to me after 9pm? I totally understand the safety of a delivery driver but this is the 2nd time this place has waited an hour after I made the order to tell me they aren't going to deliver to me. The guy on the phone was smug while telling me a lie because I've ordered before after 8 and got my order. I used the only money I had after a long day at work, for them to charge me for the food and then tell me they won't bring it. I don't even live in that part of the neighborhood. And if I tried to go up there and get the food, they are in "delivery only" hours.

This has been a huge waste of the little time I have and the little bit of money I was willing to give to this place. I don't appreciate being treated this way when all I was trying to do was get dinner for me and my family. Absolutely...
