Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Charleston

ordered delivery, they cut up a boneless wings to equal four & forgot my drink. called them & spoke to a man who said they’d either TRY to send another doordasher or credit the whole order. i accepted the credit. today ( three days later ) i show up to have the order remade with the credit i was told i have. the blonde/blue haired lady said it’s only a $9 credit, i asked for a refund then & she refuses saying it’s not an option. i would’ve initially liked a refund but it wasn’t given as an option. absolutely rude service from what i presume is the manager. will not being going back here & have reached out to corporate over this. edit** after reading other recent reviews it seems they are absolutely refusing to refund anyone ever & only giving out credits… so you’re just...

This Pizza Hut is beyond incompetent. I’ve never had any issues from the Pizza Hut in Kanawha City. I ordered a large Super Supreme and when it was delivered it was raw in the middle. I called and told them about the pizza and I wanted it replaced. They assured me this one would be satisfactory. The 2nd pizza is delivered and when I opened the box I knew it was raw inside like the first one. Common sense when you cook pizza the crust is golden brown. Obviously they don’t teach this at Patrick St. This place is a joke. I called back and told the guy who answered the phone I wanted to talk to a supervisor for a refund. As you can see almost a half hr on hold. I know nobody will answer but just showing everyone who’s considering ordering a pizza from here...

Ordered the..to the edge Pizza from the Pizza Hut at 1657 4th Avenue Charleston West Virginia. When I got the pizza home it look like someone had grabbed a handful of topping and threw them in the middle in a pile. There was three inches of crushed all the way around this pizza that had nothing on it. I go back to the store to see if we can fix this the women told me they do not redo pizzas. Ask for a refund she said they do NOT give refunds. Told me I had to call the regional manager but would not give me a number to reach the regional manager. And then snickered as I walk out the door.
