I had water damage under my phone screen, so I called and ordered a replacement through them. The screen came in quickly, and when I went in, the technician was extremely kind and easy to talk to. While working on my phone, he ran into an issue, but he didn’t give up—he kept troubleshooting until it was fully fixed. I even left to run an errand and came back to find it working perfectly.

On top of that, I had mentioned my car was leaking antifreeze, and he went out of his way to check it for me. He even gave me some of his own extra antifreeze to keep in case I needed it for the drive.

That’s above-and-beyond customer service at great prices. I’ll definitely continue to come back here for any phone issues in the future....

Went to see if my laptop could be repaired or if I needed to purchase a new one. I got my answer!!! Unfortunately, it could not be repaired but the service I received from Unplugged was excellent and believe it or not ABSOLUTELY FREE!!! Did not cost my anything to have my laptop diagnosed. This place is THE place to go if you need your phone fixed! My sister's phone got messed up pretty bad, so much so she could not get the phone to turn on and she had a lot of things on there(pictures, passwords, etc.) that she wanted. Zach took a look when we first walked in and told her it's fixable! That was the best news she could hear! He was able to order the parts needed to fix it, and got it done pretty fast in my opinion.
