Phoned in order. Person on phone said 20-30 minutes. OK No problem. Arrive at location 28 minutes later. Order not ready on arrival. Ok… no biggie it’s hard to mail down an exact time. Cashier rings me out. I see 2 employees talking about the last pizza on my order to be filled. Apparently there has been some miscommunication about what pizza went with what order. I see most of my order sitting on the counter in the back where they box the pizzas. It seems like the employee working in the back goes to make another pizza for my order. 7-8 minutes pass…. My food still sitting out in open getting cold. Still haven’t came to me to let me know anything…. At this point I’m not happy! Finally the last pizza comes out and an employee brings my order to counter. I instantly knew it was wrong because of the box sizes. They were gonna give me a stuffed crust most best pepperoni instead of a stuffed crust deep dish pizza. They didn’t charge me for the deep dish but rang up the wrong pizza instead when the order was placed. They say they will make me the correct pizza. Now I’ve got to wait for another pizza to be made! At this point you’d think the clusterf@$! would be over but no…….. it isn’t. What appeared to be the manager tells his employee that the incorrect pizza was rang in and that I would need to pay the $4 difference on the pizza. After I waited on them to fill the order when they made the wrong pizza and now gotta wait on them to make the correct pizza they wanna charge me $4? What kind of idiots are running this place? Manager then tells me he has to refund whole order then re-ring the order correctly. Apparently he was too incompetent to do that without making a phone call which he had to do. At this point I’d been standing in the lobby for approximately 35 minutes. After the phone call I’m told the order would be free. Still waiting on the correct pizza which didn’t show up for another 5-6 minutes. No apologies from staff or manager. This has got to be the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a lil Caesar’s. Staff were unprofessional and didn’t seem to take the job seriously at all and the manager was the worst of them. Will be a long time before I step foot in that place again. I’d say I’d never go back but the the people that work there currently have little to no work ethic so I’d bet on a new crew there within 6 months anyways. The...
Read moreThe worst Little Ceasers I've ever been to! We didn't get the hot and ready offers, I stead opting for made to order pepperoni bread and cheese bread. We are creatures of habit and this is always what we get at every Little Ceasers anytime we visit. The crust, in my opinion, is the best part of the breads. It has the buttery crunch that comes with deep dish pizza pies and breads with the slightly browned cheese, especially around the edges. It is oh, so good! Not all LCs are created equally, nor are their menu items. The pepperoni bread was better than the cheese bread, it did have a little bit of crunch just around the top of the corner pieces but as far as the rest of the bread goes, was doughy and not cooked long enough. The cheese bread was just bad all the way around. It didn't have enough cheese to qualify as cheese bread in my opinion. I had to ask my husband if it had cheese in it since it was covered in way too much seasoning shake. The crust/bread didn't taste like it was out in the pizza oven at all. At best it had been microwaved but not long enough to bake it properly. We ordered and paid for marinara sauce for both and one garlic butter and told they were in the boxes and they were not. The dips added an additional $3.00 to the total purchase. When I went in to pick up the dips, the cashier was taking one customers money with fingernails that had to be at least 2 inches long, the. She I. Immediately went into the food press area and boxed up an order, not stopping to wash her hands or put on gloves. Straight from cash handling to touching food! When I ask for the sauces, she got real ghetto and walked off talking to herself about "everybody say they buy sauce, blag blah blah" and returned with 1 garlic and 1 marinara ....still not what we paid for. Two pieces of cheese bread were eaten between the two of us and we gave the rest to the fella in the parking lot asking for change. I consider this visit a fail, but hopefully that guy was able to enjoy it and at least get something warm to...
Read moreI placed an order on June 21 through the little ceasers app which then got cancelled because the driver stated the store was not open. They contract with Doordash. Flash forward to today July 16, I have called door dash who blames Little ceasers for not issuing the refund saying they have sent and resent the request for my refund. Next the store manager states she had let her district manager know what is going on again with no follow up to me since. I know it’s only 22.50 but that 22.50 is money I worked hard for and it isn’t right to take peoples money and not give them what they ordered at this point I am looking into legal action because it should not take almost 30 days to get a refund. This experience has been a nightmare do not buy food from this store through the app because this is an experience from hell. I will not order food from them again. If I could give...
