Taco Bell — Restaurant in Charleston

I wish i could give it negative stars. It was very slow and they werent even busy. They got my order wrong three times in a row, the staff wouldn't stand there and listen to you long enough to know what the order was , my cashier was very rude and the cooks didnt even know the ingredients, I ordered a '7 layer burrito(there is no meat on this) with no cheese or sour cream, add potatoes and red strips' I open it up to check when I get it the first time, and they gave me a 5 layer burrito (meat, cheese and sour cream on it) so I had to wait 5 minutes to get the cashiers attention, then showed her it what it was supposed to be, then she tells the cooks, I wait a little longer and finally get the second burrito, go sit down, bite into it and there's a strange white sauce in it, (No sauce goes on a 7 layer burrito) and I'm pretty sure it was ranch, which I do not eat. So I had to take it back up there again and ask what this was and none of them could tell me, so they had to make it again and finally they got it right after I told them 20 times and the order was right in front of them. While waiting for my order, they also got another customers wrong. I am convinced either they can't read, or don't know what is on the products they make at their job, either way something needs to be done. Put some picture diagrams up to show these people what goes on the stuff they make or something, but I will not go to this taco...

Good food always although this time my order was wrong and when I told them about it they weren't very happy about it bc 1st suggested they just add the tomatoes and whatever else was missing to make it a Supreme ...instead of taking the taco that was obviously not right by looking at it you could see yet by then it was cold so I wanted a new one that is hot at least warm and they replaced did replace the taco with the correct one but if I were manager I would have trained my employees to not even suggest what they did after all it was their tiny mistake that wasn't a big deal at all until they kinda gave me a little attitude for them being wrong or well for me asking them to give me what I ordered bc regardless of whether it was cold or not it wasn't the right taco. But the cashier was early sweet and had said something nice and was promp in getting it fixed so I gave her a tip & a thank you for her being great kind working lady that saw a problem and corrected it without hesitation like the ppl above her. This place is pretty much the worst experience I've had in the region. It's the nearest Taco Bell to where I live, so I will sometimes run out to get a bite late at night and will stop in. On numerous occasions, thirty minutes before closing time, I will sit at the drive-thru asking if someone is there only to get no response. Lights on and everything. I will drive around the building, and I see the employees hiding back in the kitchen on cell phones just chilling out. Last weekend we decide to see if they'll actually take our order, about a half hour before closing time, and not only did the same thing happen again, but the staff was literally peeking out behind a shelf trying to hide from sight and trying to avoid taking our order. It's a shame someone invests their time and energy into a company only to have their employees totally undermine the owner's efforts by blatantly disrespecting, avoiding, and alienating their customers.
