I had a very nice experience this evening with my sandwich artist Eric It was delightful talking withThis young man this eveningHe has a very positive attitudeAnd Is highly motivated On moving up in the companyIt's truly nice to see somebody with such a positive attitude these daysHe was so happy that he met the owner yesterdayAnd they were considering to move him up as a managerHe was telling me that he just bought a home and has a new born babyHe loves Subway And working thereHe made my sandwich is perfectly to the way I likeI hope the owner sees this and realizes what a gem That he has and Eric I work in the food service industry as a managerAnd it's very hard to find people willing to work with the positive attitudeI would love to see Eric in a few years as a regional manager he is truly a asset to the Subway Brand I hope whoever reads this passes this on to the owner This was the best experience I have ever had at Subway 35th street kanawha city Charleston...

WORST SERVICE I've ever had, the people here where beyond rude. The man that was working dumped out most of our chicken into the floor when trying to bake our sanwhiches and stormed out of the Subway to meet with family that was outside. The lady working there was also no help, she did not want to put extra chicken on the sandwich (when most of the chicken was laying in the floor). She later apologized rudely for our service and said they were short staffed today which was somewhat understandable, but she offered us cookies on the house, which was nice and we rejected her but she insisted. Turns out she made US pay for the cookies!! Also our sandwiches fell apart as soon as we got to eat them, literally mush. Never will I eat...

Current wait time in drive through is 30 minutes and counting, haven't even gotten to order yet. Would seriously recommend buying and making everything yourself even if you have to spend some time shopping. You'll end up saving time and money. Employees served several guests inside the store before ever taking my order as I have so far watch 7 drivers wait in line behind me and leave after 5+ minutes of waiting each. Highly recommend never going here. Update: 20 minutes later I finally got to order as employee explained only 1 person was there to deal with the rush at first. 50 minutes of total wait time, 10 people passed by me as I waited.
