Captain D's — Restaurant in Charlotte

SHAREKA! At the eastway store#205972 her attitude with bad bad bad she does not need to work in the drive-through. Her appearance was terrible. She rushed me, she didn’t let me talk. She had a bad attitude, and her appearance shows why and I asked for the manager, and she said she was the manager which she was probably lying because how dare captain D’s get somebody that looks and acts like they’re to represent them thank God the inside was locked because I don’t think I would be able to look at her. She looked nasty and very dirty and very unprofessional and captain D’s. How dare you guys have somebody up there that looks and acts like that terrible terrible terrible terrible service. I would never ever go there again, and any of my friends, family coworkers. This Captain D’s has the worst service. Please make sure that you check your food before you leave. Today my husband went and got us 2 country fried fish plates and he didn’t check the food before leaving. When he brought me the food for my lunch the fish was crumbled up in the boxes. I called to let the manager know what happened and told her I took pictures of the plates. I told her I didn’t know when I would be able to come back to get it replaced because I work all the time. She said to keep the food and whenever I can bring it back even if it’s next week she will replace it. So, she wanted me to carry this box of crumbs home from work, put in my fridge or what not until I can return to her store to have it replaced. That makes no sense at all. So, no lunch for me and no apology from her and I guess no replacement even though I have a picture of the box and my receipt. So a loss...

Every time I come to this location there is no dine in. So I didn’t make it to the food as doing drive thru, orders are not correct or complete. I can’t deal with the captain D’s chain anymore due to each location near me is not customer worthy. They have bad attitudes towards the customers and the service is constantly lacking.

It’s April 30th 2025 and I ordered quite a bit for my wallet. I got only a few small shrimp like 8 baby shrimp. That was overpriced. I got the children’s chicken tenders order and it looks like 2 chicken nuggets. This is high way robbery. I got 4 fish meal and the hush puppies are burnt. I mean they are black and brown. Only thing good is the green beans and tartar sauce. I’m done with captain D’s at this point. I paid over 40 dollars for this and they forgot my second order of fried okra. This is that...
