Captain D's — Restaurant in Charlotte

Terrible Experience! Shaquianna was the Sorry Employee that took our order. When we pulled to the window to pay. Carlson, manager took the payment. I asked if I could pay him Extra for Extra mustard sauce and tartar sauce. He said No. Not to Worry about it. He got it. Shaquianna was Prancing back and forth Acting Weird on her cell phone. UNSANITARY!!! When she eventually handed me our order. I Asked was the honey mustard and tartar sauce in bag she said yes. We got home. Shaquianna had PUT 10 honey mustards in our bag and ONLY 1 tartar sauce. That was on PURPOSE! I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE WITH MANAGER, CARLSON. He Apologized. Took my name. Told him she did that on purpose for some reason. He said he Would Speak with her. This is Not the 1st or 2nd time that stuff has been left out of our order. VERY DISSATISFIED! WILL BE CONTACTING...

I went by this Captain D’s and after waiting about 30 minutes in line I got my family meal and we found what WE BELIEVE to be a bloody bandaid. I will say allegedly until it is tested because it is fried and was in the bottom of our food. It looks like a bandaid with blood and also a sticky adhesive clear part and It does NOT look edible and is of a odd texture. I contact the store and no one was available even the next day just kept being told the manager was at the bank. I contacted corporate got no response back even a week later and we went to the ER as well. I also contacted the health department to trigger an investigation. The lack of follow up and concern alone is unprofessional but if this is what we believe it is, Captain D’s is about to have a serious issue. I urge you to think twice before going here and CHECK YOUR FOOD...

Captain D's always will have something at their restaurant that you will like sometimes they will end up having new items background the menu that they haven't had in a long time but they are only going to be a limited edition so you have to try them while they are there so if you haven't been there to eat at Captain D's any Captain D's please try one location where Captain D's is located at I am sure you will enjoy yourself and their food you will leave their satisfied but don't forget if you do not eat all your food they do have a place you can put your food in to take it with you wrong so later if you get hungry you can eat that food that you didn't eat when you were at Captain D's and you can also order your food to go from the drive-thru window or from the inside of...
