My first visit to this store was a mixed bag! I was impressed with how clean and pleasant the store is, had a lady worker that was very pleasant and helpful, and ordered a sandwich, soup an unsweet tea. So far, so good. I was going to eat in. The visit turned quite frustrating when I realized that this store doesn't serve unsweet tea so I filled the cup with water. Since I had paid for tea, and I do not drink sodas, I requested a refund from the cashier. It would have been a no-brainer transaction; I had paid cash. The male, older cashier refused to refund me the price of the tea and accused me of not returning the cup (I had filled with water) and did not refund me. I was so frustrated that I had to walk away. Before I left I made him aware that the service was unacceptable. I had the right to get the refund and his ineptitude was such that he violated my rights as a customer. Owners of businesses need to better train their employees to do what is right. This employee abused his "power" and turned what had started as a great experience, into a totally abusive one. Nobody gets poor because $2.59 were stolen from them, but no getting a refund that I was entitled to caused a really bad experience that was completely unnecessary. No I do not recommend patronizing businesses where employes do not make things right when they make a mistake and end up shifting the blame to the customer. Read moreThis was the worst experience ever here. For one I live in the neighborhood for 6 years and barely go in this particular subway due to poor taste of food and services. I went in purchase and sub the lady is spanish of course and she seems like she very irritated when I was placing my order as she finally made our subs took forever cause like I said she act like she didn’t even want to do it bought the sub. Literally standing right in front of her to check my sub out cause I told her to slice it in four and it look like she cut it in half so as I unwrapped the sub it immediately roll out onto the floor this lady purposely wrapped my food like that and didn’t even want to make me a new sub or nothing and another guy comes in from outside insist he was in charged and didn’t wash his hands at all threw on an apron an told me I couldn’t get my sandwich remade. Like she purposely wrapped it to fall out BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION THEY WILL PURPOSELY WRAPPED YOUR FOOD TO FALL OUT AN NOT REMAKE THE FOOD SO BEFORE YOU UNWRAPPED MAKE SURE U HAVE SOMETHING UNDERNEATH WHEN DO SO PLEASE… this was the worst experience ever I will never go in here again an I will let my friends know too be careful they don’t wash their hands and they will rip you off like and I saw the guy before leaves with plenty of food and I actually paid for mines and it felled out right in front of her cause they way she wrapped my food and all I was unwrapping to show her she didn’t cut it...

After standing there for ten minutes without being greeted by the man or woman behind the counter I finally decided to announce that I was there to pick up a delivery seeings I had just watched the man make the sandwich for my order and put it to the side to make a different order. Before I could even finish my sentence the man behind the counter cut me off and treated me so badly I just walked out from embarrassment as he had degraded me in front of other customers. Everyone knows food delivery people are to immediately announce their arrival so the restaurant knows we are there. Not once have I ever been treated the way this man treated me.
