I was at this store on 10/10/19 around 7:45am drive through. I ordered chicken burrito no cheese and egg well done. As soon as I drive to the window a lady by name of Jennifer told me that we don't serve egg well done. I explained to her that the other store will do that and I don't like unless the egg a little cooked more. The other cashier by name of Jonny walk to me and said sorry for the inconvenience and I will do for you. As soon as we finish talking he wrap and gave to me the food. When I left the window Mrs. Jennifer gave a a bad look and laughing at me. I did not say nothing because I was late and don't want to cause a problem. Something tell me to check the burrito and I stop my car and unwrap the burrito. The only thin in that burrito was tortia and chicken. I went back to the store try talk to someone wait on a counter. Mrs. Jennifer passed me and Mr. Jonny gave me his back and act like he is busy. In a few minutes older men walk to me and ask me what I need. I explain to him the situation and he gave my money back and I left the store. First of all the employee need more training about customer service. Specially the young. I live few blocks away and I don't want no one mistreat me in any way or give me something I did not ordered. It's not all about the food. It should be how we treat each other. I support Chick fil a on a bad and good time. I show my support and appreciation being on a line for couple of hours to support your business and what you believe in. I can drive couples of miles to get what I want. But the point is to let you know my experience. Unless we talk and stand what is right, nothing...
Read moreThe people working here I dealt with donât seem to give care too many high school kids working I guess. Sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes now. Itâs not moving, and I have had the chance to hear chatter from different employees EG: one girl taking orders in the drive thru was saying have a goodnight to a coworker who was leaving and also yelled to them: âat least youâre not stuck here like meâ like if youâre not happy at a job, then fine, work elsewhere. Like I donât want unhappy employees making my food. The other person taking orders, the guy is chitchatting with a friend in the car in front of me, like I donât mind ppl socializing thatâs normal but itâs not a good look when youâre business is this backed up. You should be chitchatting with the customers like me who are annoyed to be stuck in the drive thru line. I understand being short staffed is exhausting to employees but donât paint such a bad picture for others. The guy at the receipt stand was nice. The rest is just not a good look.
When I finally got the food it was all crammed into a small/medium white bag looked like it was about to bust, I did ask for a larger bag. Fries all sticking out the top, grilled chicken sandwich box smashed like a pancake the nuggets under that box smashed even more. Fries were soggy btw. Just another very aggravating...
Read moreToday, the simplest act there kept me out of the emergency room with anaphylactic shock. I was picking up lunch for my boss and myself. He suggested the wrap sandwich. I thought that sounded good, so I ordered two. When I got up to the window to wait for my drinks, I noticed a sign on the window about some ingredients, and allergies in one or more of the items. I am severely allergic to flax. And there it was on this notice that an ingredients in one of the items contained flax. When I inquired, I was told it was the flatbread of the wrap! How grateful I am, that someone took the posting of these notices seriously. Very few people are allergic to flax, but I am one of them. I told the young people helping me how glad I was that the sign was posted and that I had seen it; otherwise, it would be a 911 situation. They graciously swapped out the wrap for a sandwich. When I was leaving, I did say that it would probably be better if that notice was on the left side of the pick up window, so that the servers would not block the view of that sign. Thank you again very much for taking the trouble to post the sign. And had I not been in the lane next to the building, I wouldâve never seen it. Devine intervention I believe. Thank you....
