I go around to different restaurants and review my experience. Today I stopped in at the Chick-fil-A in Corning Place located in Charlotte NC, overall my experience was great. The restaurant is clean and organized. The food was great as always. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. An employee stuck out to me which was the dinning area team member. Her job is to stock the condiments and keep the dinning area cleaning. I spoke to her briefly and she was very nice, one of the sweetest staff members I’ve in-counted at any restaurant. I can not remember her name, carol maybe she is an older lady with white beautiful hair. If you have ever spoke to her she makes you feel at home. Anyways, while I finished my meal the lady was making sure every customer was well taken care of, asked if they needed anything and giving the “southern hospitality” this county is missing. I noticed the manager with short blonde hair, no name badge on her shirt had pulled the lady I was just talking about to the side and told her to “keep conversations to 1 minute tops” and to go back to cleaning. I don’t want to over step any toes but during my visit, she was top tier and did an excellent job with the customer service. I understand the restaurant industry is fast paced but allowing staff to want to come back and make the customer have a nice welcoming visit into your establishment is important. We need more people like the dinning area...
Read moreSo I visited this location i spent $22 drove 25 minutes to the location from home order chicken tortilla soup. Got home pour out sauces and my chip bag was open and had spilled in the bag. I called back spoke with Mitch the GM. I explained to that this was not a pleasurable experience. Open food in my bag. He offered only to replace the soup when I explained to him how my experience was below their company standards and asked if he could replace my experience and redo my meal. He refused. I never thought I would experience anything less than excellent service from this place. Well I guess it’s asking to much to have an amazing experience at this location and if GM has this attitude I want be going back and I will definitely be sharing my experience with everyone I know. This experience left a bad taste in my and your add the GM Mitch joked about not poisoning me. I found no humor is this and I let him know that. Everyday people get food poisoning from restaurants at an alarming rate and to not own the poor experience I’m very disappointed. Had I been white is another question I’m wrestling with. I sure hope those reading this will consider my post and make sure you get to enjoy the experience you expect. The my pleasure slogan was not the GM standard. The GM told me that I could call corporate and he didn’t have a problem with me...
Read moreI’am tired of coming to this chick fil a and having a horrible experience. One of the first few times I’ve came I never received my order because no employee ever came up to my car to give me my order and by the time they noticed my car, still sitting there, it was passed close. A manager came up to the car and said that they don’t have my order on the screen although my payment went through and I could take whatever was left over. I said no and I’ll just take a refund and a comp for my meal. Two days ago I ordered through DoorDash and my drink was missing. Just today I ordered an ice cream with Oreos and didn’t receive it with my kids meal. I payed extra for the Oreos. I feel as though this is a reoccurring theme that will happen every time that I come to this Chick-fil-A. Maybe there is a problem with the staff or management but this problem needs to be solved because it’s ridiculous. I have worked at a Chick-fil-A before and I don’t feel like we have ever given customers this type of treatment. I would rather go to the Chick-fil-A on Statesville Road and travel all the way over there just to get a meal and good customer service. I shouldn’t have to make sure if I have everything in my meal that I ordered if there is a bag checker. The owner of this franchise needs to get their employees together, or it will just continue to...
