I order here often maybe once every week or two I went in after ordering online. I inquired stating I had recently ordered â has it been received. I was told no. I sat and watched a few other customers come in. I waited. A gentleman came in and requested salad not from the case. In a regular tone he was specific in his request. Well Jack the cashier said .. itâs the same from the case. The customer spoke up and said (What, I canât get what I want)? Jack placed the order. The customer was clearly bothered by this interaction as he sat for a few minutes to wait. This could have been avoided by not questioning the customer and simply providing excellent service. Meanwhile I am waiting to still be helped. At this point there were no customers and he did nothing to help me. The nice guy in the kitchen came out and said you have been waiting. Can I help. I pulled up the order and showed him. He immediately attempt to get the order however I ordered something on the front counter. I explained the picture was tiny. Jack was asked to prepare my order. Jack proceeded to say. Wait let me see your receipt and come from the counter and leans into see my phone. Jack says yes because one item cost more. I do not know what Jack is accustom to but Jack really needs more training. I think Iâll try the location a little further away next time. The only nice thing I can share is that Jack...

I had a recent experience with another food establishment that would not make my mobile order until the exact time their computer told them they could, and I had made an error... and it was awful. The reason that is relevant, Friday I got to chicken salad chick almost 20 mins earlier than the time I put for pickup, I had expected to leave work later. Not only did they acknowledge me right away, they immediately said it was no problem, gave me my drink while waiting. And made my order ASAP. It was delicious and 2. The customer service was great. It was in stark contrast to what had happened to me earlier that week somewhere else and I wanted to say I appreciate them!!

   Read moreIâve been in three times now. My first visit was grand opening day. I had a wonderful experience and everyone was pleasant. Turn for the worst on my last two visits. The chicken salad is still tasty but the customer service is lacking. The staff is rude, abrasive and obnoxious. Plus they got my order wrong twice and acted annoyed at me because they made a mistake. The managers had staff seem to be the worst. Not only that but they just opened and I noticed their sanitation grade has dropped to a 96. If I was a upper level management I would step in immediately before they run the business into the ground. The concord staff is much nicer.
