We’ve ordered from here multiples times but the past two times have been awful. Our order took over an hour and 15 mins. Tracker showed it being “quality checked” for 45 of those minutes. Both sandwiches were so poorly thrown together. As you can see in the picture below my sandwich isn’t even cut half way and only the top bun was cut. I also ordered the Italian which comes with ham, salami and pepperoni and there was no ham. These cheese was all melted out and burnt onto the paper and box. My fiancé order the buffalo chicken sandwich and his was just as poorly thrown together and burnt. It’s disappointing that it even says its being “quality checked” when it clearly wasn’t. The tracker said it was delivered and I got an email asking how my order was and we hadn’t even received it. Then our delivery driver Maurice just handed my fiancé the food and walked away. No hello, good evening, nothing. Very poor customer service. Then I call to discuss my order and sit on hold for over 15 plus minutes for them to say, “would you like us to remake the sandwiches or you want the credit of two side items?” By this time it’s after 9:30pm so no I don’t want to wait another hour or so after all of this. Read moreOrdered carry out online and went to pick it up but I had forgotten my card to pay at home Ona sofa ….. I was so embarrassed and my child was whining because she was ready for her food. I canceled the order so I could go get my card. Got my card and arrived back to the store and their system was down so they could t take or cash out any orders unfortunately….. but the cashier was like are u willing to wait for the system to come back up. Of course I was my child really wanted the pizza ….. so I’m sitting there with my baby waiting patiently to order and the cashier come back up to me and offers me to make my pizza and give it to me for free since the systems were still down almost 30 mins later , everyone else was upset and didn’t wanna wait but me waiting got me a free dinner for my baby girl and I’m thankful for the genuine jester!! I certainly had it in my mind to just wait and order and pay like normal once their system came back up but left with my money and dinner. Glory to god 😇🙃 The workers in there were working hard non stop even through the systems were down the were doing the boh duty’s , ensuring everything was clean and ready to go! Overall my fav domino’s in Charlotte N.C they always on it and keep it clean...
Read moreWOW!!! Where do I begin with today's delivery? Placed and order for a sandwich, brownie and a few soft drinks at 4:18pm. Followed the tracker online for about 50 minutes or so until it said my order was en route. I had been down stairs waiting for it to arrive for around 10 minutes. When I went back upstairs it said that it had been delivered. I contacted the store to let them know that my order hadn't arrived. The young lady told me that the delivery person said that they texted me, called me and knocked on the door. I informed her that none of that was true. She offered to redo a fresh order and send it out within 30 - 45 minutes. No apology, no offer to make the situation right. Approximately 30 minutes later the driver shows up with my order. I pay for it and he leaves. Nothing was remade. The sandwich I ordered was barely warmed over and the brownies were also. This was just plain laziness, i won't be ordering any food from Domino's in the future because of this. A similar situation happened awhile ago with this same Domino's and i gave them the benefit of the doubt, not anymore. Too many good "mom and pop" pizzerias in Charlotte to waste my money on a business that has customer...
