Best hookah lounge in town. No rowdy music, good pricing and good hookah. Service is consistent, you don't have to hunt down the servers to get a hookah made, or to check on it. The fresh juice and smoothies are amazing, I especially like the Lemon Mint ones. Everyone I have brought here loves it. They also have amazing nutella and fruit crepes with fresh strawberries & kiwis. Definitely a must go to if you are tired of the Charlotte Hookah/Club scene with the loud music blaring. Seating is good, can accommodate single persons, or large groups. Women's bathroom is kept clean and stocked. Ignore the negative reviews claiming racism, from coming here enough I know this came from a very rowdy crowd who got themselves removed from the property. If you want rowdy and to act up go to Reds or elsewhere. This is a relaxing environment here. The staff is super kind and respectful.

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a vibe. The atmosphere at Dubai Hookah Lounge 1 is unmatched… smooth, luxurious, and full of good energy. The lighting, the music, the seating..: everything was on point.

The food was a surprise hit! Seasoned just right, fresh, and satisfying…. perfect bites to go with the chill vibe. I definitely left full and happy.

But what really sealed the deal for me was the customer service. Friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone was good from start to finish. You can tell they take pride in creating a dope experience.

I went with a party if 5 including myself. We ask for drinks and didn’t like the drinks so we switched drinks . The sever which was a male seem to have an attitude about us not liking the drinks. He then brought 1 beer to the table which was the wrong beer, when we as for 2 other beers. Which he went back and fourth with us about telling us that we ask for 1. So the I ask him was he ok . Cause his hospitality is poor and we are the customers who are here to experience a good time. I told him he was rude, we will get up and leave he then charge his attitude stating that he wants people to have a good and experience and not cause any problems.
