Crab Cracker - Seafood Boil — Restaurant in Charlotte

We’ve never eaten here until two days ago! Never again! The service was worse than terrible! The waitress brought the food, and got the last person’s food wrong. I’m sitting there thinking she had to go back to get mine because she couldn’t carry it all. Still sitting sitting sitting and one of the members of our group asked her where my food was, she left and came back, “what did you order? I was in such a hurry I forgot to add yours” that was ten minutes AFTER everyone else had their food! We asked how long it was going to be considering it took 45 minutes to get the first groups food (mind you there was only one other table in the entire restaurant) she assured us it was coming right up! Half an hour later my food finally comes and everyone else was done eating. The manager came and asked what I’d ordered and would be giving a discount. At that time everyone else wanted to go boxes and I asked for one as well so they wouldn’t have to wait for me to eat. Again no to go box but received our checks to pay. Asked again for boxes and she brought one! Had to ask again for more boxes and waited ten minutes! After looking at the check we were given a ONE DOLLAR discount! This places is ran horribly from the wait staff, the cooks and the manager! The food was not even good and the seasonings...

I use to eat at this location pretty often the food is really good and its usually not ever too busy however the last 2 times ive noticed the service just taking a turn flr the worst. Waitresses not knowing whats on the menu and asking for items that are and saying they dont sale as simple as a special sauce. This last time will be it for me not only was the waitress inattentive to our table i was wrongfully accused of stealing a lobster tail out of my own boil!!! It was ridiculous! After having to get up to tell someone my item was missing from the bag it took 10 mins for the manager to even come and then had the nerve to say “most of the time its at the bottom of the bag” i didnt even order a huge boil this time so i know i checked thoroughly. Then when i told her i checked twice already and again in front of you she said to me that shes going to check with the cook because “people say they didnt get something when they do” and when i explained that I wouldnt get out pf my seat for something like that she ROLLED HE R EYES AT ME and walked off!!!!! I couldnt believe it! Then again I can because racism is still a thing. I wont be back. I dont care how good the food is if you dont care for your customers properly my money does...

Unfortunately, I can’t rate the food because we didn’t get past the drinks. We went to Charlotte just to eat crabs, it was recommended to go here. Needless to say we will not be taking recommendations from that person again. We sat down in the dreary place and ordered our drinks, tea , water and a Mango daiquiri. Well when the daiquiri came out it looked like concentrated mango out of a can with a straw. When she sipped it, I thought she was going to puke, we called the waitress back to let her know she didn’t want that could she order something else. The waitress left and came back and said they didn’t take alcoholic drinks back or remake them. Then the manager came out and said it’s on the menu, we looked and it was faded out, you could barely see it. As a person who goes out to eat, why wouldn’t you at least remind people of this ridiculous rule you have. I don’t believe that the waitress knew about the rule herself. Well we nicely got up and went to another establishment. Where we believe we should have been in the first. So I’m definitely NOT recommending this place at least not if you are going to order an alcoholic beverage because you might not like it and get stuck...
