Visited from out of town. Was disappointed in the quality of the juice. I could tell the juices were old even after the women assured me they had a 5-6 day life and would be very good or else they wouldn't sell them. I bought the juice on the day of the expiration date (and pointed it out after I noticed it) and I could taste that it was not as fresh. I also got a stomach ache after drinking 1/4 of the first juice (I bought four prior to tasting) and gave the worker the benefit of the doubt they'd be fine. I'm not new to healthy juices but it did throw a huge bone in my day as I was hoping to get my juices for the trip continuing a juice fast I was already doing while making a long trip and didn't have the time to turn around and get anything else. I was attracted here by the website that said they use local produce and it looked really great on the site but in person I just didn't get the service I needed that day and the freshness. The line was super long and I felt embarrassed even having to ask if the juice would still be good. I was still assured they were okay so I paid for all four juices and went on my way with a pit in my stomach. I wanted to speak with someone about this before putting the review but I didn't know who to talk to that would care about my experience. The site didn't have a direct number to the owner just to the store where I would have been talking to the same person who quickly sold...

Anyone can make a good smoothie so what makes this place different? One place to differentiate is customer experience, but Green Brothers fails here.
I walked in with my dogs and then was asked to leave them outside. Green Brothers was the first food place to ask me to do this in the past year. This is 2021. Dogs are part of our society and considered family. Adapt.
The woman then asked me to wait outside and said she would bring the smoothie out to me. She never did. And when I walked in to ask about it she was passive aggressive, saying the smoothie was in the refrigerator at the front of the door. Express yourself. Don’t hold in aggression and let it leak out throughout your day.
Lastly, the ingredients are not organic, which you might expect for the price. Green Brothers also has a bold, loving mission statement on its website but they seem to be just words, lacking any real meaning. Love means good customer experiences, inclusion, and wholesome ingredients.
A final note on customer experience: just pay your employees more instead of asking for tips at the kiosk. It’s awkward and not a comfortable experience for the customer.
I hope this...
Read moreGreen Brothers...idk what to tell you. This place is amazing & delicious. About a month ago, my husband and I were craving smoothies, and never had smoothies from GB before so decided to give it a shot. Up until then, we've only had their juices/shots.
I ordered the Berry Fit smoothie - sub Whey Protein for Peanut butter. Let me tell you something...literally the best smoothie I've ever had. It was so good, and I quickly became obsessed. My husband ordered the Mavin which he liked but didn't love. Since then, we've made it a tradition to come once a week (usually on the weekend), and order a smoothie. Now we both get the berry fit, mine substituted and his regular. I eventually added the loyalty app on my phone as well since I missed about 5 weeks of orders/points since I didn't have it downloaded. We've ordered an acai bowl from here as well, but personally, it's not my favorite.
All in all, definitely recommend for...
