I cannot possibly say enough good things about Mood House! Go, go, go! The customer service is unmatched, the massages are out of this world, the atmosphere and vibe are incredible. The guided meditation during the massage is my favorite part. It is just enough to keep me present and grounded during the massage, yet still quiet and peaceful. I have loved the Calm and Abundant moods. I always see Alicia and she is AMAZING. Her medium to firm pressure soothes all my built up stress without being painful. The first time I went, my legs were very tight and sore from workouts and she took the time to stretch them for me before beginning my massage. It helped so much! She is very attuned to what my body (and mind) needs each time and I always leave so refreshed and in a great headspace. The sauna is so peaceful and the perfect level of heat to be comfortable and relaxed. Afeni Grace facilitates incredibly peaceful, grounding, and encouraging meditation classes! Lastly, I have been so impressed by the customer service. When my massage therapist was out last minute, they called to reschedule and offered to upgrade my 50 min massage to an 80 min massage credit. Things like that are so greatly appreciated! I just had my first massage at the Mood House, and it won’t be my last!!! I wanted to try the Mood House based on all the positive reviews I read online, and because of the modern spa vibe as depicted on the Mood House website.

Booking my massage session in advance was a breeze. I was able to complete all necessary forms online and in advance of my session. In addition, I completed a short online survey to ensure my massage experience would be tailored to my specific needs. It is great not having to complete forms and questionnaires upon arrival, especially for first timers.

Upon my arrival this evening, I was greeted by the warm, friendly and professional Mood House staff, which set me in the right mood (no pun intended) for my massage! The 80-minute massage I received from Jackie was soooooo relaxing and heavenly. Then to add “icing on the cake”, I was treated to a 30-minute infrared private sauna!

One of the best decisions I've made was visiting Mood House yesterday. Scheduled massages for me and my friend for her birthday. My masseuse Kayla was astounding! She released a muscle knot that has been there for years, ascertaining its origin (injury) quickly, and she provided me with routines to improve muscle health from home until I can return again. I have not felt this good in years! Our session was only 50 minutes, but she has done more in 50 minutes that other masseuses have done with more time. I will be back to see her very soon! I booked it based off of affordability and the beauty of the place in photos. It was even better than advertised. Mida was at the front, and she was very kind and informative.
