Hi, I was in Food Lion on December 20, 2024 in Cortez. The customer service rep was very rude and unprofessional when I was trying to pay for my lottery tickets telling me he was tired and I said OK Iām just trying to pay for my tickets and I told him it comes with the territory because I deal with customers all day myself so he was just rude walked off and left my lottery ticket in the machine, and I had to get another customer service rep Jason to go get the ticket for me because I canāt go back there And I spoke with a manager Tyler and Terrence who were very professional and they should get a raise, and Jason went back there to get my ticket for me. He was very professional and and nice and should get a raise. And last Janeesia Sheās a new customer service rep that was upfront and very rude and unprofessional. When I was talking to Cortez. She had nothing to do with the conversation. All I was asking her for help she needs to be addressed and discipline as well. I have received receipts at several registers with the same poor printing. Cashiers make ring errors and I have experienced over charges on items in the past and had to return to the store for refunds. I feel it is not unreasonable to expect and receive a receipt you can read. I spoke with the manager and his response was like the cashier's, that it's the cartridge. It's like it's an insurmountable problem to change a cartridge, when some stores can even email a receipt. Well, change the cartridges at the beginning of the shifts; fix the technology.
