My name is Kirby Anthony and on 9/20/22 I called and placed an order for two of your 1 topping carry out special pizzas. I was told over the phone that they were $8.99, but was charged $12.99 for one of the pizzas. I didn't realize the discrepancy until I got home and reviewed my receipt. I then called the store, spoke with the supervisor and was told that I shouldn't have been overcharged and if I came back to the store, I would be given a free pizza for my troubles.
When I went back to the store yesterday, the supervisor told me that I was actually charged correctly because the pizzas are actually $12.99 and that I was given a "discount" for one of them. However, I was told over the phone that the carryout special is $8.99 for a large one topping. I even called another store (Sardis Rd) to verify the $8.99 carryout special price, where I was told that $8.99 is indeed the right price. I am sending this email for 2 reasons:

It's sad that this franchise name is represented by such an unexcusable individual. Get a better gm and I hope her kidney feels better. Read morePrior to now I’ve always had great service at this location. The last three times my orders were completely incorrect. Even when they confirm your order over the phone and once you arrive it is completely wrong. Today I ordered two mix and match pizzas at 4:30z I arrive at 5:15 because I know they are slow and to my surprise they charge me for two pizzas and hand me one. Then they try to justify why I’m being charged that amount. Finally, they agree to make another pizza but then I would have to wait another 15 mins. At this point I’m wondering why wasn’t the pizza made with the other one because they clearly charged me for two. I decided not to wait but to come back. Why did I do that? There were seven unhappy looking customers waiting in line. I left and just called corporate. I will take my business elsewhere.
