I did not expect or I just can’t believe my eyes what was just happened and owner who refused to tell me his name and the manager of the restaurant Mario called me on the phone and harassed and threatened by this 2 people over the phone because of why did I write a bad review and based on that it’s an extreme phone aggravated harassment over the phone and I’ll be making and filling a police report to the CMPD police department and the NC Federal Trade commission to file a disciplinary action
I’ve ordered the American chopuey and mentioned I want my egg sunny side up but the manager named Mario told it’ll come as a omelette egg 🥚 and he refused to keep my as a customer request but originally American chopsuey served with sunny side up eggs not an omelette and than The soup that I’ve ordered veg manchow that 7 oz cup is so small and tiny portion which they’ve charged $5 and and I spent total of $44 it’s full of watery liquid bunch of parsley and onions in the soup cup and it tastes worse and just a waste of money and overall the food is not that tasty and one other things is about this restaurant lack of customer’s professionalism and I don’t think I’ll not go to this restaurant anymore and recommend other people not to choose this restaurant to eat and also they did not give me any utensils 🍴 🥄 in the bag when I’ve ordered take out food
It’s like decreased customer satisfaction, higher churn rates, and damage to brand reputation. This is often due to issues like poor training, inadequate tools, and a disconnect between employee and customer perceptions of service quality. To improve, businesses need to invest in employee training, foster a customer-centric culture, and use data to understand and address customer pain points and need to put efforts on good food quality and amount of the food they give compare to the high amount of price they’ve charged and it’s really unsatisfactory
Finally the food tastes and unsatisfactory employee service is not worthwhile of...
Read moreFinally there's a Bamboo Garden in Charlotte and I don't have to go to the Triangle any more!! Tried this place yesterday for lunch. The food is just as good if not better than the other location. They have really good lunch specials. I had the chicken manchurian with chicken fried rice and Hakka noodles. Lunch specials come with a spring roll, soup and kimchi. My husband had the garlic paneer. I also ordered a mango mojito (non-alcoholic) and we shared the darsaan dessert (fried noodles with sesame and honey and vanilla ice cream. I wasn't too crazy about the drink but everything else was top notch! The drinks looked phenomenal but since we went here for lunch during work hours, I decided to pass on the alcohol. But I will be having some tonight if we go again. The other location has crispy chili baby corn which I didn't think to look up but if you see it on the menu, it's a must-have.
Our food arrived in a timely manner and was very well presented. Service was great and the decor is very tastefully done. They have ample parking. I am SO stoked to see this place finally open (the signs have been up since summer). Can't wait to go here again this weekend. Maybe I'll make this a weekly thing?
Updated: They have been open for two weeks and I have already been here four times! We did my birthday dinner here with a party of 12 and service was still stellar. I tried the chicken manchurian, street side chow mein, chilli chicken, crispy chilli baby corn, salt & pepper shrimp and Hong Kong chicken. Every single thing was mind-blowing.
I saw some other reviews that said this wasn’t authentic Chinese. Well duh, it’s not. It is Indo-Chinese. It’s not a made-up cuisine; there’s a large Chinese population in Kolkata (India) and that is where Indo-Chinese cuisine originated. If you ask me, this is extremely authentic Indo-Chinese. I haven’t found it to be as good anywhere...
Read moreExcellent! My family of 6 found this restaurant on a whim on New Years Day for a late lunch. We were looking for a dine in Chinese meal and the first restaurant we walked into unfortunately was not what we had hoped for so we quickly needed to find a replacement. We found this restaurant down the street and decided to be adventurous. It exceeded our expectations. There was a sign letting patrons know there would be a wait because of staffing issues so we were nervous but in the end it was unwarranted. The staff were friendly and attentive despite the restaurant being full. The entrees were served family style but I’m sure you could just get individual entrees. We all wanted to try a variety of Indian and Chinese dishes so we decided each to choose a different entree to share. The food was fresh and incredibly flavorful. My husband and I are in our early 50’s and have lived in different locations coast to coast and been able to try a variety of great restaurants and this restaurant is in that category. It was beautifully decorated and clean inside and the food was fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful. My young adult sons wanted recommendations on Indian beers and a staff member came to the table to help them. My husband travels for his career and said the Mongolian beef dish was the BEST Mongolian Beef he had ever had. Every dish that was brought to the table was delicious and it was fun that they were delivered in stages so we could enjoy and savor each entree. The sweet and sour chicken was also a step above others we have had. All the Indian dishes we sampled were loved by all 6 of us. We left feeling fully satisfied with plenty to take home. Everything was absolutely wonderful and my husband encouraged me to get online quickly and leave a review. We will be...
