Smoothie King — Restaurant in Charlotte

I'm not sure what it is about this location but it will be my last time going here. The lack of customer service is seriously lacking here. Today is Friday, how can you be in a bad mood on a Friday? Plus its a holiday weekend. People are out here with no jobs wishing they could work and the employees here act like they aren't grateful for having a job. No greeting when I walked in. I was super happy when coming in the store. I said hello to the team working and they all had blank looks on there faces. I ordered three smoothies and one was for a child. There was a lot left over in the blender so I asked if I could pay for another cup so the mix wouldn't be wasted and I was told no. Really? The customer service is horrible and still I offer more money and I'm denied. The worst part is when I get home my shake was watered down! My husband offered to go take it back but I rather take it as a loss and throw it away then to get anything else from...

Smoothie was really good and the woman who was there was very sweet but there was a younger tall man with purple hair who was sooo incredibly rude that it made the experience unenjoyable. When we came in we stood back and looked at the menu because we didn’t know what we wanted. This guy came out from the back and said “do you know what you want?” And roles his eyes... like we were inconveniencing him by not knowing what we wanted! There was no one else in the store. After that he ignored us and the other woman helped us out. They didn't/or forgot to ask what size we wanted and automatically charged us for the 32oz… in the process of them making it we asked what size we were getting and if we could change it to 20oz- they said they couldn’t because they already had started making it.. ultimately they divided the remaining ounces into another cup and the guy taking our order apologized which was fine.. still the experience was a little off- I also asked for chia seeds and the lady said “we don’t have that..” and she gave a look like I was crazy for asking that… at a smoothie place!!🤣 anyways, definitely wouldn’t not come back to this location and would not recommend unless new people...
