Over the past 3 months I have experienced issues at this location regarding incorrectly prepared food, mobile ordering issues and the most recent problems have been the location giving me my purchase receipt. I've talked to the managers on duty multiple times about this issue and contacted the owner/operator but still the employees fail to provide a receipt. Today after I ordered and received my food I noticed again that my receipt was not in the bag as they have told me it's supposed to be so I have to hold up the drive through line and wait for them to open the window back up to ask for my receipt and wait for them to sort through the large pile of receipts that are pooling onto the floor to have them find mine and give it to me. The employee working there today told me that I always have a problem when I go there and I told her I wouldn't have a problem if you all would just give me my receipt with my order. She them proceeded to tell me that aint nobody got time for this. I asked for the manager on duty and informed her about the situation while the employee was defending herself saying that I didn't give her time to get the receipt. The employee had no intention of giving me or anyone else a receipt or they wouldn't have been in a big pile reaching all the way to the floor. Several months prior this location gave receipts at the back window and I always got my receipt back there. Since they moved or rerouted the receipt printing I've only gotten my receipt once without having to ask for it out of the 46 visits in the past 6 months. This is an unacceptable practice and I'm getting tired to having my time wasted having to ask for a receipt which should have been provided to me in the first place. The owner operator doesn't care and I've told them multiple times about the issues at this location but nothing ever gets done.

I had to go in for lack of proper customer service! However, Ms. Rosie came over and was so sweet and very concerned about the bad service I received at the drive thru window !! Thank you Manager Ms. Rosie! My food was messed up ! I aske for no onions on my double quarter pounder with cheese and they put a lot of onions and zero cheese !! We purchased a family box that contained two unwrapped cheese burgers & two Big Macs with stale , hard buns and very dry burgers that had to be thrown out !! My kids chicken McNuggets were in an unsealed 10 piece box !! I called Ms. Rosie and she said she would replace at least the double Quarter pounder with cheese but I don’t know when to go get it replaced??? No apple pies ! After this situation is satisfied by the manager, will update on what happened ! Hopefully will be able to rate 5 stars ! Just this morning I ordered a simple breakfast, and between four different people the order was gotten wrong. I was asked to wait in one of the reserved spaces. No big deal. I wasn't even upset that they never offered an apology for the wait or getting my order wrong or for not giving me my receipt. A woman brings my food without so much as a word and I had to check it to find that it was missing half of what I had bought. To clarify, I'd already paid for this food and half the meal was missing. They were prepared to send me on my way. Again, she takes the bag from me and goes back to get the rest of my order. Not a word spoken. At last she brings it back, seemingly they'd gotten it right after the fourth complaint and I drove home to find that they'd given me a lukewarm coffee in place of the mocha I had paid for.
